I've been with T-mobile for 11 years, going on 12 and I've had no problems with them since now. I recently got married and added my husband onto my account. The problem started when we wanted to get the Military promotion. In able to do that we had to change my account to a brand new one with my husband as the account holder since he is the military veteran and not me. Wow, what a disappointment T-Mobile turned out to be. I had been with ****for nearly 20 years when I made the switch to T-Mobile. The person at the store was very friendly and helpful up to the point where I was told I had to put down a deposit on the new phones we wanted. I asked how much of a deposit we have to put down for the iPhone 8's we are wanting. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 14 years. Their service has never been up to snuff, but they make it so difficult to switch that I stayed. However, as soon as my Android 128 Gb phone was paid off, it quit working properly! Despite going through all the steps with a T-Mobile tech, it would not download updates to fix the problem. T-Mobile said it was still under warranty so would replace it with an identical phone. The first replacement phone they sent me was a newer phone but with only 32 Gb internal memory. If I could I would give T-Mobile Zero stars. Horrible service & Horrible SIGNAL. Beware if you cancel because they wouldn't cancel your line if you request or document it which will lead to you be billed for another month!!

T-Mobile is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is terrible. I purchased a phone in store, CASH. Went to return the phone not even 2 days later because I went on a different plan with my boyfriend. The first day I went back to the store, they said the purchase "hadn't been processed correctly," and that I would need to come back the next day. Fine. T-Mobile, like all other large mobile carriers, is a corrupt disgrace that is morally bankrupt and so greedy the 7th circle of Hell is overflowing with their deceased filth. Their business practices involve some of the most blatant forms of THEFT you will ever see. Their imaginary "credits" that you get for things of real value like phones are the equivalent of a Schrute Buck or Monopoly money. On July 10th I had a conversation over TMOBILE's costumer care chat -Thanks God it is saved- it happened that the person gave me the wrong information. My account got suspended, and I got $200 extra charge. I called them asking them to drop those charges since it wasn't my fault and they have the proof, to which they replied that they cant drop those charges. But I was wrongfully informed by their representatives. The people that is supposed to help me out.

T-Mobile shipped my phone and lost it, without taking responsibility to it. Huge customer service mess, but they are unwilling to offer any sort of a resolution, and are blaming me for losing the phone that they shipped.

Since switching to T-Mobile I've had numerous problems with internet and voice calls. For example, the bar at the top might say LTE but I have no internet for hours. Also, every 1 out of 5 calls I cannot hear the person speaking to me and the ones that I can hear are very spotty. I have tried many times to get this resolved without any luck. I really hope they fix their issues.
