T-mobile's customer service agents make promises they won't keep, and then when you call them that they didn't keep their promise, they tell you that isn't in their notes and they can't for example listen to the phone call where it was agreed.

I had TMobile for 15 years. The service the last 2-3 years has been going down where I needed to get a signal booster at my house because there were dropped calls and no service. After I switched to ******* I called TMobile to check the amount I owe for my last bill and was told that my bill was $0. For the next 2 months I called back just to make sure and yes it was still at $0. Then I received a bill that I was sent to collections because I did not pay my last bill. This predatory company is trying to cheat me our of almost 1000.00 They make the legal process so hard for seniors.

This is the worst company i ever been it was a huge mistake to change to this company , the always lie and never resolve anything even when is there fault they say it is what it is , and we end paying for there mistake ,employees are not trained, i will stop anybody i know from give this company business, huge mistake huge..!!!

T-Mobile, like other big companies, is a despicable monster. I get scam calls regularly I the T-mobile phone number I PAY for. The only entities that can weed out these scammers are the big phone companies, but they turn a blind eye so they can sell more accounts. I'M PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN, T-MOBILE I HAVE YOU AND I NEED TO SLEEP I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU!!!

After 18 years as a customer, I was finally pushed to the limits of my patience and system generated new charges itched providers. I paid the account balance down to zero in spite of being ripped off for $900 for a refurbished phone that lasted less than 2 months. I have since received 2 bills where their system generated new charges after the account was closed. The last time I was told that the charge was from 18 years ago, which is 18 years of bills paid and service. This company does not belong in business.

I switched to tmobile and their customer service is horrible. No one speaks English and they charged me twice for a phone I paid off then was told the only option is to pay installments

I am going to assume that the customer service representatives at this company are being paid per minute. I ALWAYS experience a problem and I do mean ALWAYS experience a problem EVERY time I call this company. I had to switch providers because of the customer service representatives at this company. I am so disgusted with them right now that I decided to say something about this. I was once a loyal customer with your company but because of such simple task that the representatives find so complex I am starting to think negat... read more
