I bought a phone from t-mobile back in 2015 on a prepaid plan before joining a friend's and family plan with my friends. I left t-mobile after constant struggles with their terrible service. Recently my aunt needed a phone so we tried to have it unlocked. In the first call a representative told me they would send an email with instructions that I never received. We recently changed from Verizon to t mobileand the person we asked about changing tould us they would pay our total last bill if we change to t mobile. But that is not true the person lied to us about that . We took the Final bill in they told us they will only pay what we owed on our phones . They will tell you anything to get you to switch to them !,, *** ******* *********************

Hi. On 12/22/17 around 3:30 pm we got a message from T-Mobile asking if we opened a new line to our account. We called back and they asked us if we purchased any equipment and we said no to both questions. They suggested to file Police report. We were in a vacation in Key Largo, Florida. Police officer contacted T-Moble representative for details and he was told that there was no equipment purchase and that they cancelled the additional line. Police officer did not file report due to lack of info/basis. For the next 2 weeks ... read more

T-Mobile will lie, cheat, and steal from you. There sales people like in every aspect of the word. A company full of false promises and no follow through. Get ready to set on hold and waste hours of your life.

I would like to share our horrid experience with T-mobile. My phone # was hacked TWICE in 10 days. The first time the thief somehow talked the tmobile rep into changing the SIM card and the 2nd time, the same or different thief talked them into porting my phone # to a different carrier. In both cases, my phone # was no longer available to me and it became accessible to the thief. From there, and again, in both cases, the thief used my phone # to access my email and ultimately accessed my banks to request and approve payments... read more

Had an incredible experience on 1/4/18 with the messaging center in Bellingham, Wa. Sales Representative Dana P. And Supervisor Heather R went above and beyond professional standards. I have had T-Mobile for around nine years, despite records showing two years. Dana P during a busy quarter at tmobile took the time to look up my account for extra fees. The fees were not available yet via network. Dana P offered to pull up my account again on her next day at the office. In the past two years, I have had negative experiences. D... read more

I don't even want to give even one star to this business. I went to the store at West Chester, Ohio, paid "Cash" to purchase an IPhoneX in the highest model and they ended up give me the 64GB instead. When I found out, I returned it next day, they charged me for $50 reinstock fee and didn't refund me in "Cash" instead, they told me I had to wait one week to receive the refund in a gift card that will send to my house. I was a T-Mobile customer for 14 years, everything went very good over the last 10 years, then the bottom fell out. I was charged for service that had been cut off then I received an email saying that T-Mobile over charged me $125,00 per month for 3 months, I nerve received the credit for there mistake. T-Mobile can not show me were they gave me credit, I have been paying the same amount for 5 months. Horrible company. Long stories short. I took advantage of their black friday promotion from 2016. Instead of billing me the family plan of $120 + $20 for five lines of service, they initially billed me $70/each line. I called customer service, the people were very nice, but very incompetent (on purpose?). They told me not to worry, everything would be taken care of.
