T-Mobile treats its customers as a burden. If a customer service function is available on their website, they charge a fee to speak to a person to enact that transaction. They charge a fee for making payment by phone, they charge a fee for making a payment arrangement by phone. They don’t want to deal with their customers. There have been a few issues requiring survivor attention over the years and they’ve almost always required that I wait for a call back, which never came. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

I recently bought a phone from a friend that was previously owned by her mother who had passed away. I called T Mobile to request an unlock. I described my situation to the representative and she told me that I would received an email with instructions on how to do so within 48 hours. A week passed and I called back. I figured I had given them the wrong email. The representative I spoke with this time told me that my friend would have to call back and give them the account information. He explained to me that this is their p... read more

First, I should note that the store I was dealing with was located at 15227 N Northsight Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. My interaction with them started when I entered the store and simply asked them what I need to bring should my wife and I want to switch to this specific plan they offered. The manager told me just to bring info from my current cell phone provider so they could port the number. I asked about credit checks, and was told by the manager there was none for this plan. This was important to me because my credit repo... read more

I RECENTLY HAD FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY WITH MY BANK. CONVEINENTLY TMOBILE SEND ME A TEXT THAT MY BILL WAS OVER DUE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ON AUTO PAY? WHEN I CALLED TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT THEY HAD THE WRONG CARD ON FILE, EVEN THOUGH AUTO PAY OF THE CORRECT ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DRAFTING OUT FOR MONTHS. ITS MY OPINION THAT TMOBILE HAS EXPERIENCED ANOTHER DATA BREACH AND IS COVERING IT UP. I WOULD ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO REPORT ACCOUNT ISSUES WITH TMOBILE TO THEIR BANK FOR CROSS REFERENCE FRAUDULANT CHARGES.

I participated in T-Mobiles iPhone 7 upgrade program last year, and had to upgrade my service to qualify. I also had to call them multiple times to get them to credit the phones I traded in, and then I had to wait to see if they were giving me the promised credits. They are giving credits, but only about 60% of the amounts they promised. The customer representatives tell me that they only credit what the trade in was worth, not what the promotion promised. So, they made me upgrade my service and lock myself to their service ... read more

T-Mobile is a fraud. If you disconnect services, they will not provide you with a bill. I have requested it for months. They put me in collections with Diversified and they will not give you a bill either. I sold my devices to att and they require a bill explaining what the device balance is. I will never ever recommend T-Mobile again!

I've been with T-Mobile / www.t-mobile.com for a total of about 14 years (11 now and about 4 some years back) and I will not see 15. If I speak to a customer service rep and I am told that I will recieve a particular product for a particular amount and I hold up my end and pay for it up front, I expect to have my product with the terms discussed in our conversation. I don't expect to have my hard earned money put on hold until you feel like giving it back. I'm leaving after 14 years and 10 of those years overpaying when you ... read more

I traded in 2 iphone 5S when T-Mobile had a trade in promotion for iphone 7 back in Sept 2016. The trade in credits unable to credit to my account automatically, so I needed to call in every month for bill adjustment. Every times I called, I have to repeat myself why I needed an adjustment. For the past year, I tried not to be upset and every single times I spoke with a customer representative, they always informed me that they will escalate my matter, so it can get fix. Nothing being done. I called again today for payment a... read more
