I typically do not have too many issues with T-Mobile (besides billing discrepancies) but I am HIGHLY disappointed with their services during my time of travel during the worst season of the year! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to pay the same bill for two weeks. Tmobile was able to take 165.00 from me already but now my card is supposedly foreign in their systems. First I was told my bank disputed it(not true), then there were negative funds(not true) and finally the foreign card story. I started the process of porting my 4 cell numbers to T-mobile in mid-August. It took nearly a month to get sim cards in the hands of my family members. Then I spent over 8 hours in two days and 26 calls to port the numbers, troubleshoot issue and attempts to get the phones to all work. I had 6 T-Mobile Simple Choice postpaid lines, Moved my parents to 55+ T-Mobile one. Amazing & budget friendly plans however, there can be negatives especially to keep the costs low. I always have to follow-up each time, I make service changes, on one occasion one of my family member was told by one of the supervisor, how she should be seek counseling rather than complaining about T-Mobile account to her. T-Mobile Customer Service is TERRIBLE. This is coming from a person who does not give bad reviews online. I'd say this is a very good opportunity for my first one. I recently just switched from ****because it was cheaper to go with T-mobile but my God, their customer service is horrendous. This is absolutely the worst cellular company to deal with. They are not honest about their coverage area..we were told we would absolutely have coverage where we are located which was completely false. Upon calling techinal support after realizing my phone was not working I was told to connect to wifi and that would resolve the issue. It has been 5 months since I canceled my service with T Mobil and transferred my three lines to *******. ******* along with almost all cellular companies offer their clients to pay their current phones once they transfer their services to them as an incentive. To make the story short, I have been asking T Mobil for over 5 months to provide me with the statement that indicates "This is your last bill." Tmobile has a bad customer service. i have been with them for around 4 years and I paid for my phone completely and when i converted to another network for better service and coverage, i was supposed to have an unlocked code to use my phone on another network, I called on monday 08/29 and I was told 24 hours. called Tuesday next day , they did not file a ticket. Our family's separate 5 Meineke coupon codes from T-Mobile Tuesday were rejected. A waste of our time and gas.I have five lines on my family plan and we all went to Meineke for the free $25 oil change from the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. I called Meineke and complained and they said the only coupon they accept are from their own website or competitor and nothing else(T-Mobile). Basically FAKE Meineke coupon code!
