I purchased a pre paid $30 a month unlimited plan starting in March 2017. I never received any text messages nor was I able to send any text messages to people and I thought it was my area. April 2017 same thing. May 2017 same thing so I called on May 27th and they told me they would look into it and call me back in 3 days. They never called so I called them tonight (June 3, 2017) and I spoke to 7 different people and it took 50 mins of my time. If you are looking to get a phone or phone service from T-Mobile BEWARE.!!!! I went in to this store around Dec. of 2016 to see what they had to offer. I was helped by a guy...don't know his name...and he asked for my information to see if I would be approved for the phone I wanted. I did not qualify, left, and that was it. My feelings were hurt but I figured, well it's not the end of my world as I and my wife are using Boost Mobile and have been for sometime now. End of story or so I thought. I gave been with T-Mobile for a couple of years, I have since had issues which have been unresolved, I have been getting charged monthly for a phone I do not have, also have a different mo thky chsrhe amount leading into different billing amounts ranging from $400.00 to $600.00 I have been getting charged for tablets that have been paid off. Called T-Mobile customer support at 1-800-866-2453, Was redirected from the initial representative to another account specialist. The account specialist was unhelpful, dense and didn't know a thing. Asked for a supervisor, the rep simply said "is there anything else I can assist you with" "Yes" I said "I'd like to speak with a supervisor" to which she replied "Thank you have a good day" and hung up. Really T-Mobile? That's some service.

A salesperson came by our job offering T-Mobile cellular service and after showing us what we would be paying (no mention of a downpayment) and reading some of the reviews on t-mobile service that she provided, we decided to sign up. She asked if we had a company as she could get us a discount; since i do own a business with a partner i told her the information. I purchased 3 sim cards when t mobile came into my work because I thought it was going to save money. So when I realized I returned the sim cards the next day, then 3 days later $140 was taken out of my checking account on 5/23. I have talked to your customer service team 5 or more times and no one there seems to know what they are doing. I work at a bank doing customer service and this customer service is the worst. I have received a partial refund, and then another partial. What is going on????

I was with T-Mobile for over 7 years, had 3 lines with them, and had to cancel because I no longer had reception at a new house I bought. I called T-Mobile to cancel before switching 2 lines over to *******. They said they were sorry I was leaving and tried to get me to stay. I guess about a year went by when I was informed of a 343 dollar charge T-Mobile was trying to get me to pay. They left the third line on even after I called and canceled and were expecting me to pay for it. It has now went to three different collection... read more

In the past two years I have had T-mobile as a cell phone carrier as I wanted to save some money switching to them as a monthly bill. That isn't my complaint. My complaint is, I had a teenager that separated her cell phone to a new account with T-mobile, the customer service failed to transfer the phone that was connected to that phone, leaving the whole cell amount responsible for the main account holder. Switched to T-Mobile after being a ******* customer for years and quickly discovered the poor service coverage wasn't going to work for me. Two and half months later, I switched back to *******. T-Mobile charged me for a full month and told me that I had agreed to that when I signed up. I guess buried deep inside some legal mumbo jumbo, it states they can keep a full month's service fee even if you close out during the month. Let's be real about this. Are people really going to switch everything over EXACTLY on the last day ... read more
