I've just spent hours of time being given the runaround by T-Mobile representatives while trying to resolve the problem that my texts have not been sent or delivered. After 6 phone calls to call centers outside the US I finally insisted upon a US representative who changed the original credit I was offered to replace my phone(which no longer functions reliably on their system because they have dropped that band in order to replace it with a higher level one)to a much lower credit, $50 vs $200. I have been with T-Mobile over 10 years with a family plan of internet, phone, and data. In December 2015, I bought 4 new Apple Iphones and one of the phone 714-653-8886 with the serial number of **SSN********* need to be factory reset due to my wife forgot her apple ID. We have been running back and forth to T-Mobile and apple store to try to reset the phone. We have walked to T-Mobile to print out the Point of sale receipt and T-Mobile unable to do so. I have been with T mobil since mid 90s, I use to buy insuranance, when I had phone issues, they sent me a refurbished phone with worse problem. Then I waited for a phone to go on sale, to purchase, they added insurance 4 free in case the phone broke, phone malfunctioned after 10 months, they never offered to replace it. From Nov of 2016 I had to continue making payments, plus other charges. Absolutely AWFUL company. Customer service is a joke. They falsely advertise EVERYTHING! They do not explain anything correctly on purpose to make you either pay more or have to call their representatives in other countries to figure everything out. Terrible company. Do not ever recommend it.

Well, where do I begin. First of all, I sent T-Mobile a check for services in the amount of $137.24 on 6/29/17. They usually send me a text message on my phone indicating receipt typically in 3 to 4 days. I did not receive a text message during that time period or any at all. The next text message from T-Mobile was that our service was suspended for non-payment of the monthly bill. I left T mobile 6 years ago due to your bull ****. My boys wanted to be part of T-Mobile due to their friends. We signed up this week, ordered new phones and T-Mobile sent wrong Samsung S8 phone. We ordered the S8 plus but was sent an S8. I contacted T mobile to request a change of phones and was told that I have to buy the S8 plus today otherwise the promotion ends today. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! T-Mobile philosophy is to cheat potential customers with false advertising. They either have really bad customer service people or they have been trained to lie and defraud the customers. EG : They were advertising they will payoff the ****phone bill if you switch. So we fell for that after speaking to their customer service rep. They sent us Tmobile sim card. We paid off our ****phone and replaced the sim card with ****. What a horrible company, I just switched over services to T-mobile. Family member has had excellent services with them, and their price was better than what I had. However, once I got home, I noticed that inside my own home my calls were dropping, or being dropped. Cell phone reception was horrible, and broken. 5 feet from the door everything was fine, but to sit on my own couch, the signal would drop. Was lied to by an employee about a purchase when i called the store i was ask my phone number and told i would be called back, i never recieved a call back. This happened twice. I will not do business with a company that lies to my face they are no different than a thief.
