They keep over charge you and you do not even know. Very bad customers service

I called the company asking for 24 hours to pay my bill. I get paid on a Thursday not Wednesday. I could pay by noon the latest. They refused to work with me and would not push it back by 12 hours the latest. This company has no customer service skills. I'm switching over to another carrier... maybe sprint. I suggest people to stay away because t-mobile does not care about there customers. My wife's sister is due any day and we could miss it because of this sorry excuse for a company

I went into the T-Mobile store located at the Westfield mall (718 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, WA 98188) to resolve a problem I was having with metro pcs sending me data usage notifications. I've never been a metro pcs customer. They shouldn't have access to my account. I was in the store for 15 mins waiting for a representative to help me. They were all busy helping people, no big deal. Thinking about calling T-mobile? Grab your favorite bottle of wine, a comfy chair, and make sure to have a couple hours of free time. Around 9:30 this morning, I called T-Mobile to provide them with payment information. While I had them on the phone I noticed they are offering a Family Plan on their website for $160. On March 3 2017 my daughter and I walked into T-Mobile located in The Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua NH and were greeted by the store manager. We were not Tmobile customers and he let us know about the current promotion trade in your phone and get an IPhone 7 for free. The company would send you a gift card and you could pay the new Iphone7 off or you could do what you wanted with the gift card and keep paying for the new Iphone. Tmobile has started to upset me. The service is not good. I'm in Los Angeles. Constantly get dropped calls and no service inside buildings. I only switched because of the tax time switcher offer, 100 bucks for 2 lines and 150 rebate for each line. I send those rebates in and waited a long time and they denied my rebate. Hello all, Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about T-mobile and my experience. I switched over to **** and requested the final bill to have **** pay my device balance and currently 50 days later waiting for T-mobile to fix the issues on my bill. I was told the error needed to wait another billing cycle which will pass my deadline for the help me switch program from ****. T-Mobile basically false advertised. In Nov. 2016, I went and changed over to T-Mobile due to a promotion in which they would pay you up to $800 for leaving your carrier to switch plus 2 free lines on a 4 line service and free tablet. Sounded great and seemed great. We got all new phones, they took 2 of the 3 we had and said they could give us $748.00 and gave me $498 of it then as a credit on statement at time of purchase/changeover and Ronnie the sales guy said he would take care of us and even gave me free activation whic... read more

I purchased the lg g4 almost 2 years ago..within a year it malfunctioned. It would not reboot completely, it was stuck on the initial startup up screen..so i lost a lot of recent data due to this.and had no choice to take the phone back to the store & replace it with the same but new phone..Here i am about 8 months later, SAME exact thing happened. Come to find out this "issue" is now called the "bootloop defect" & lg is now being sued for not recognizing & recalling this make & model. I obviously do not want this same model... read more
