Bait and swtich, was told I was going to remain within promos and now telling me I don't qulaify. Now my plan is different and paying more money for there mistakes. Was told the proper notes were input and my promos were still going to go foward. Very bad taste in my mouth should had stayed with att if I was going to pay more

I was with Tmobile for 3 1/2 years. I recently switched to a new carrier. I have had numerous bad experiences with Tmobile. Endless amount of dropped calls and extremely bad signal ( the person on the other end couldn't hear me at all) and at times my calls couldn't even go through ( I would dial the number and press call and it wouldn't go any further). I've been customer with T-mobile for more than 1 year. Around 3 months ago I switched my family service plan of 4 people from 10 GB per month per line to 6 GB per month per line and I was told that I will save 20 dollars per month. However, when I received my bill, it was reduced only 10 dollars. I followered up with customer service rep and supervisor and they said there was a mistake and refunded 10 dollars and also confirmed that my total montly charges will be around 144 dollars including taxes and devices payments. Good Morning, My family and I changed phone carriers from ****** to T-Mobile back in November of 2016 . We were told that we would receive $2,000 for the payout and that T-Mobile would pay all of our remaining ****** phone bills. It has been a little over 5 months and we have yet to receive the money we were promised. I opened an account And ported my number over to Tmobile from ****. I chose a plan suggested to me that required a 75.00 deposit which I paid in cash. After a day or 2 it was clear that i would not be happy with T-Mobile due to their poor reception and customer service which often was difficult to understand. have been a costumer of T mobile for 19 years and cant tell you i hate this company they have the worst costumer service, just been hanging in here till something comparable comes along i have 6 lines and there international service is super but everything else is the same as everyone else services, hoping to leave soon i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy good luck if your planing to switch to t mobile
Been with Fake T-Mobile for two years. There service is over rated. I was told by them that there service was not to par for me and I needed to change companies. I went with Verizon very good service. I closed my t mobile account and requested a final bill so I could present to Verizon the amount of the phone Verizon would pay for up to 650.00. I have repeatedly received poor customer service at the T-mobile store at 14th & Park NW in Washington, DC. The customer service representative today was patronizing and showed no interest in resolving issues including that it appeared that they had sold me a phone as new although it was pre-owned and previously added insurance to my account although I had expressly said I did not want it.
