The Tmobile store located at 8265 West Sunrise Blvd, plantation FL 33322. If I could give this place a 0, I would. Joel the manager has the WORST customer service. I went in there to jump into another phone. Since I wanted to jump into a cheaper phone he would not allow it and said I had to go to another store.I was in there over an hour trying to get them to jump my phone. I have a problem which is one of your representatives that I called on 03/27/2017 to discuss about my switch to T-Mobile, he told me about the current offers back to that time. I was so excited to switch and and went ahead and completed the process over the phone and charged my credit card $26.50. The rep offered me a free 3rd line if I switch to T-Mobile, still waiting for that offer to be applied to my account, but guess what? none of your reps or supervisors want to honor that.

Horrible experince with preorders. First, they cant tell if my order is shipped or delayed. Second, your preorder might get 4-6 delays due to backorders while everyone else can get theirs in stores. Their system is unbelievably BAD! Verizon, here comes a business customer!

For several months now, I've tried to pay my bill online, but their online bill payment site is down, forcing me to have to call or text using my cell phone to make my payment, which then uses up my minutes and data. I think this is T-Mobile's conspiracy to charge me more money monthly to use their service to pay for their service.

A T-Mobile employee took all my id info over the phone (Soc Sec #, DL#, address, DOB, Phone #, name spelling) to allegedly run a credit report to provide service. He never ran the report, but instead stole my identification and one day later made 10+ fraudulent charges to my credit card previously used to charge T-Mobile for pre-paid service. When I spoke to his supervisor, the supervisor told me the previous agent on the phone never ran my credit report. Today someone changed my password on T-Mobile without my authorization... read more

I am with T Mobile and now I hardly get any service. It's always "searching" and says "pegaso communicaciones y systemas". Rarely get any signal

I don't even know where to begin. I am actually taking a 700 dollar lost changing services to just leave so I will no longer have to deal with them. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would rather spend a week in the dmv dealing with any problem or ever speaking to any one from T-mobile. I still have so many unresolved issues with my account. I need help to get it resolved.

In december 2016 they ran a promotion to add 2 free lines to your account just have to pay for the sim card. i have now been overcharged on my account for 4 months. i have called repeatedly for them to tell me that after 3 months my bill would go back to normal and that i would be credited for the overcharges. this is month 4 still being overcharged. i called again on april 6th and spoke to someone named bob who promised me that it wouldn't happen again and that i was going to be credited the over charges and my bill would b... read more

I have dealt with T-Mobile for more than 2 years now and their customer service is phenomenal. I have always had agents who were more than willing to help, happy to be there and were not happy unless I was happy. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
