I took the black friday promotion and ordered the Samsung S7 Edge from TMobile. I was told everything's good and I was eligible to take the promotion. So phone arrived few weeks after, but never seen any credits toward the my EIP. switched over to Tmobile from AT&T and i was offered a $150 rebate per line that switches over. two months later i check the status of my rebate and i see that it was denied, i call tmobile and was put on hold for 25 minutes while the representative consults with the rebate department to find out the reason of the denial, instead of telling me an explanation he transfers me without informing me of what happen. I signed up for T-Mobile last month while on vacation. I was told by a reprehensive in store that they had the "best coverage" available in my area and proceeded to show me a coverage map in which my home and most of my city were dark green. I was excited because I think $100 all in for two lines is a great deal however, the service is not where they claim it to be. The service is terrible. Texts don't go through and calls drop very frequently. I can accept this, you get what you pay for and they are cheaper than ***. I used their JUMP program to trade in my old iPhone for a new one. I sent my phones back as instructed and despite one phone being received (both phones were sent in the same box) they "can't find" my other phone. Tmobile is broken, the system keeps messing up. Every other month I get a text informing me that the promotion will not be applied until the following month bc of system issues. Which in return I have to pay more and wait until next month to receive credit. Customer service is the worst, they can never fix anything the only thing they can do is tell you what you can already see in the screen even when you speak to a supervisor they say the same thing they can't do anything about it. When switching my girlfriend onto my phone plan, a T-mobile representative strongly and repeatedly encouraged us to insure our devices through their contracted insurance company, Assurant. However, they failed to mention that because our devices were not purchased at a T-mobile location any and all claims would be denied outright as that is a condition for honoring claims.
