I am a T-Mobile customer that has an account with 10 lines. I use these lines for business and had an issue with one of the lines. I called customer service to see if they could help me out in regards to my cell phone number that was canceled because of roaming issues. I have been a customer for a little while now. Service has been great for me, prices are somewhat on-par with the rest of the industry. Whenever I have an issue, customer service's attitude is usually pretty positive, but usually not helpful either. When I do get a knowledgeable representative, it's great, but otherwise frustrating given the multitude of different answers I may receive. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! My husband is Active Duty Navy & they refused to apply the discount they told us he qualified for! After 1 year and 4 months it was nothing but the run around. Save yourself the trouble.

I'm very disappointed with Tmobile services! Each representative tell you a different information. I filed an insurance claim and the representative assured me he would call Assurant and get me a phone with the same value as the one I lost. He connected me to the insurance company. I was told my lost phone the Stylo was in stock, but I needed to fill out this form and call back. By the time I signed the form and faxed it back, they said it was no longer in stock. One of the most horrible and unprofessional experiences I have encountered. Came in to do an upgrade and jump from the iPhone 6s Plus to the 7plus and it felt like my business was not only not welcome but not needed at this location I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years, given them 3 different new corporate contracts in that time only helping them generate more revenue.. & I was buying my phone cash and in full , it's sad that this was the customer service I encountered. When i signed up for tmobile there was a black friday promotion that i got 2 free tablets on my account. i was assured there would be 0 charge, no taxes, no types of fees for service or anything. The worker ran 11 hard credit checks on me while i was in the store and made my credit go from a class B to a class C within in hour, and i had to pay hundreds of dollars to sign up instead of the $40 i was told originally. as if that's not bad enough, i just received my 7th bill in a row that's wrong. i'm still being charged for my... read more

Okay To be HONEST .. go anywhere else.. *****,*******, nokia, prepaid. I mean ANYWHERE else. I've had the most terrible experience with Tmobile. It's like they are using 50 different employee manuals and have no clue on anything when you call in. You go to the stores and they tell you to call, and you call they tell you something different. I was given a price for a cell phone plan and now I am being charged about $60 more a month. they said the person who gave me the information was mistaken but I paid the amount I was told the previous month so how is it that this month and going forward I am paying more. also they are charging me for an alleged international call that was made on one of my lines and when I looked it up that number has been called on another occasion and I was not charged for it. the call was placed to Glidden Iowa. last I checked Iowa is a U... read more

So I signed up for a weeks trail in Aug 2016 with T-mobile. They said I could not use my iPhone for the trail so they ordered one for me. The week was over, the trail was horrible. I returned the phone before my trail period ended and I thought that was it. Then after a month or so I get a mail saying I owe upwards of $700.00.
