We were happy T-Mobile customers for years. A few months ago, I began having spotty coverage, and issues calling and using gps. I called over and over and over and they kept talking about working on a tower near me and how they were fixing that tower and they'd open a ticket for me. We have had T-Mobil for years with no issues; however; as of 2017 our Unlimited Phone Service is no longer Unlimited! T-Mobil now wants to charge us 1cent per minute for so called out of service plan numbers...ie conference call numbers, that Ricky mentioned call service numbers (****) what the ? I want to share an experience negative about T-mobile. I recently ordered a galaxy s8 on 04/28/2017. During the ordering process there was a E.I.P. form that was supposed to be signed within 48 hours after ordering the phone. The first representative did not inform me to do this process on the 28th. May 02,2017 I received an email regarding that the phone will be canceled if the E.I.P. form wasn't complete by that night. What a horrible customer service experience at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall T-mobile store location. Yesterday, 5/9/17 at around 8:40 pm we went into the store to obtain our account number in order to switch to another provider. I purchased a LG G5 from Tmobile and for about one month I have been having problems that I noticed with not receiving test messages. I went into the store and I was given a new SIM card (twice). This did not fix the problem of not receiving messages. I then ordered a new phone because I was having the same problem. T-Mobile November 2016 promo was add up to two lines for free. We added two lines on top of our current 2 lines and it's been almost five months and we are still getting charged for the two free lines. We now have to check every month to make sure it doesn't happen again and if it does they will credit us our account again but may take up to 3 months. This is just wrong. I switched to T-Mobile as a result of the company's misrepresentation of the quality of coverage in my area. The Carrier Freedom program offered paying off termination fees and payment plan balances from my previous carrier. To satisfy this, I had to turn in my old phones and port in my numbers, which I did that day. Can't give me a refund for a phone that the Representative mailed me on his terms...I didn't even order the phone I received in the mail...Looks as if he sent me the phone he wanted me to have...I called to get a refund, and its taking nearly a month to get it..I feel they take your money right away why can't they give it back right away...
