This company may be competitive in pricing but is absolutely terrible about other costs or fees. I have an old phone that was deactivated 6 months ago because of an upgrade and now I'm needing to reactivate it but the sim card was deactivated because of inactivity. So they want to charge me $25 to get a new sim card when the old one shouldn't have been deactivated in the first place. It's just a way to rip people off. The WORST customer service ever and I use the term service loosely. I have been trying to get a receipt for a payment I made which paid off my phone so that I can get reimbursed by **** Tmobile refuses to give me the receipt because they "don't have this information since the account no longer exists." Yet they have my friend's receipt who was on the plan with me. I am extremely frustrated by their refusal to show me proof that I paid for my phone. I have spoken with everyone employed with Tmobile. I am a customer of t-mobile for long time .I paid the samsung galaxy S6 phone .I have a insurance for this phone.This is 2nd time I have to order new phone because some how this phone screen change color { purpple and now black color} This phone has lot a problem. each time assurance insurance ask deduction of $175. even I took to t-mobile store they cannot transfer any my document and pictures. because screen is not showing so they do not know what to do. I was talked into joining t mobile as a business customer in store at t mobile with a 20% discount on my phone line. When I switched the code the salesperson gave to me did not work as I had to do all the work and submit this code online. I called t mobile and the agent said it does not work I will use mine for you. Later on to discover he did not add a code to my account.Finally I did get the code added. jump ahead and i purchased a smartwatch from t mobile that ended up not working right. returned it and was charged a rest... read more

I'm not sure a business that systemically rips off its customers has an A- rating, but whatever. I've been waiting 9 months for credits that I've been told multiple times that I would receive.

The last 3 years every months they are trying to over charge me...They have credit me back $2000 of mistakes what they called..Today again my bill is skyrocketing so I called them and I told them this conversation (wich is completely legal) is recorded and I will take legal action after our conversation..They told me they can record my conversation but customer have no right to record the conversation..And I have everything inside my phone..I will take legal action...How many elderly people pay their bills without understand... read more

I had Layer3tv installed last week, Friday, June 9 and it has been problematic ever since. 1st problem the service has an automatic function called 'energy saver' that requires the user to hit a button on the remote every 40 minutes otherwise it stops sending a signal or goes into sleep mode. There is no way to disable this function nor for the user to set the time/frequency. 2nd problem, the Layer3tv modem box has to be rebooted every morning. Been with this company since 2013 with no complaints up until November 2016. This is when I went to the store, 12801 W Sunrise Blvd Suite 937, Sunrise, FL 33323 and changed to their "One Plan" to include myself and 3 other lines for $180 and was also told I was in time for one of their specials, I could get an LG Pad at no cost, as the amount charged would be credited back to my account.
