A customer service representative confirmed that it is impossible for me to send and receive MMS messages over Wi-Fi (ostensibly confirmed through much troubleshooting), though the President's office maintains that such a medium will work to transceive such messages.

I went to set up a business account, and was told that the account was completely refundable if returned within 14 days (the manager (Bethany) confirmed it) but later negated saying that. we had many problems, and returned the phones the very next day, they said we still owed money as there was a restocking fee, and this fee was more than the amount of the original (setup) fee. when we talked to the manager (Bethany), she said it was only refundable if it was a coverage problem (she said it was not, but later a customer serv... read more

T-mobile quality of service is very poor. I live in a populated area and get poor coverage. T-mobile cannot seem to fix the problem. Also, the customer service is very weak. While ******* is very arrogant at least they kind of know what they are talking about. The systems and procedures seem like they are from the 1990s. The t-mobile customer service people are nice but really don't know much. I think Legere is more concerned about adding customers than providing good service to existing customers. Worst customer service from call center ever (not a person at the store) for 6 months being with them they put me in a situation when I needed to call them each another day, I've wasted more than 30 hours of my life over the phone trying to explain each representative what their mistakes are, they never put notes into system, not calling back when call disconnecting and I need to call back myself and explain same things to new person from a scratch.. they "catch me with a "free iPhone" on a black Friday, I bought 2 for me an... read more

Awful customer assistance! T-Mobile is so quick to make fees & make charges but will not consider doing a immediate refund change. Always finding ways to overcharge and take money.

I have told my story to about 13 customer care reps and 7 supervisors. It all started September 15 or 16, I shared an account with my brother and 3 others, because of some issues that I was encountering I wanted to open up my own account and take my cellphone number and my wife's with me. I called and spoke to two different customer care reps who told me I would have the same plan which included simple choice North America and unlimited LTE data on both phones for 88 dollars a month. I tried to leave T-mobile over a year ago, there was no service in the my area. They kept saying that I had great service, a complete lie. Seven times I went down to their store to get help and they kept saying there was no problem. I had to buy two antennas and it still didn't fix the problem, I still had to in a certain location (but at least I didn't have to go outside or into the middle of the road to get service). I signed up with T-Mobile in the Bremerton WA area. My childred had all purchased Iphone 7's from their company. Big Mistake. Now T-Mobile apparently is not that strong in my area of the world. My older kids complained about the service. So decided to pay off the phones and move on after about 4 months with the company. Problem was that T-Mobile IPhone 7's are specifically designed for their company only. My kids rcvd no deal from T-Mobile but the IPhone 7's should have been purchased from Apple directly for the same price. ... read more

I've been T-Mobile customer since 2012 and recently on September 15, 2017 I was offered by T-Mobile representative a great deal of $120 monthly payment for 2 accounts (including taxes and my iPhone 7 charges) with unlimited data. He reassured me it will be active on October 9th, 2017. However, by end of the month I see my old plan with higher cost.
