Worst decision I have made was switching from ******* to T-Mobile. Just when I didn't think things could get any worse.....they did. Now I am being billed for something that they never shipped to me. I have to ask myself - do I really want to sit on the phone for 1+hours and speak with 5+ representatives to get this resolved? I am sick and tired of the level of incompetence I have had to put up with since switching to T-Mobile. T Mobile will never get our business again and I will be sure to tell as many people as possible of how horrible T Mobile is to deal with. T Mobile service in southern Alabama is fraudulent at best and in the process of trying to switch to ******* today have had the most horrible customer service experience of my entire life. I switched to T-mobile from another competitor in July 2017, lured by its competitive pricing. On the Thanksgiving Black Friday weekend, they touted a Black Friday "T-Mobile one" promotion deals on its website, with $30 off my monthly bill and free subscription to *******. I called the customer service and they instantly granted me this offer, and promised that the lower pricing and new feature will be effective this Monday on Nov 27, 2017. Hello i bought 2 IPHONE s(in a deal -trade in offer) in last thanksgiving(2016) and they agreed to pay me the mobile price in 24 installments , Its been 1 year , they never gave me the credit installments . I am totally frustrated and these guys. I dont know what to do , i almost paid 2000$ extra. Still the issue is not resolved. Planning to file a lawsuite in couple of months as these guys are scamming people .

Spent 5 hours on the phone over 2 days. From placing a warranty replacement on the wrong number, canceling that order with no follow up, speaking to two new csrs that finally placed the new order. Less than a minute after I was assured everything was handled I received a call from her manager stating TMobile couldn’t place that warranty order we would have to deal directly with Apple. BEst wireless company .I think they're customer service is not based in the US, but its excellent . I prefer out of US customer services over US based. T mobile customer service both in store and phone are great. Love T-mobile.
