To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter quite upset at T-Mobile. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years now and haven’t had any major issues with your company up until now. As a T-Mobile customer, I went to the local store to change my current plan to a different plan to save money. Spent about a hour at the store. Then, I find out that the rep at the store did not change my plan, and that I was still on the old one. I called T-Mobile customer service and spent 2 hours on the phone, talking to 6 different individuals, each time giving my information and repeating my situation. I cannot get Tmobile to stop texting me and waking me up in the early morning. Every time I pay the bill or the bill is due I get a text message before its time for me to get up on the morning. I have been awoken dozens of times and calling them does not good in stopping this behavior. Im told "We cant stop those texts". So maybe one of these complaints every time my sleep is interrupted will help.

They have horrible customer service and I will never do business with them again. I will tell everybody within the sound of my voice to stay away. They literally told me they would credit my account and because I did not respond fast enough they did not honor it. I was told that if representative offers you a credit you need to take it right away because it may not be the case for the next representative you speak to. What?? I have been a T-Mobile customer for more than 10 yrs had never had any issues. But for the last year I had issue when I added a 4th line that was supposed to be free. I checked my bill 2 months later and notice they were over charging me for two of my lines. I called and they fixed the problem. For the following 2 months I had to call all over again and they promised it was fixed for good. I forgot about my bill since I am a busy person and have automated payment withdrawal. I'm with AT&T right now. This past summer, with iffy connectivity, I started looking for an alternative. Walked into a T-mobile store and they sold me a chip to "try" for a month to see if my area gets signal. It does not. Nothing. At least *** has some signal even if I have to walk around to find a good spot to stand. So the very next day I returned the chip and thought I was done. Tmobile locked my Samsung note 5 for. none payment of return equipment . I explained to tmobile that I had already called and gave tracking number and they even text me that they received equipment . I also told them that I have been going back and forth about this matter for going on two months . Each time they assured me that all was noted in system and not to worry . T-Mobile and I decided to go separate ways as far as my service goes, and along with me never receiving a final invoice from them, they sold my debt that I owe to them to two separate collection agencies, that now both are harassing me for the money I owe. I would much prefer to just pay T-Mobile.

My friend tauted how much money I would save include international data plan. I did the research and compared the pricing and seem to save about $500 within 2yrs. I first started with the downtoswitch program to referral program so my friend would get a $50. The website was extremely slow. I tried in a macbook and on a desktop.
