T-Mobile tells prospective consumers, "Bring your own device" to get a SIM card and service. For some years I've done exactly this with a range of phones: Several Nokias, an iPhone and recently, a new Blackberry. Went to a store to purchase a pre-paid LTE data SIM, was sold a "post paid/no-credit check" SIM instead. A litany of errors & inconveniences ensued, leading up our account being forwarded to collections after we stopped using the card after 30 days. T-Mobile's billing practices & incompetence Indian call center representatives do not help matters. No problems with the actual service, but the retail sales & service side is horrible. All this aggravation of $26.33, not worth it.

With an incentive from T-mobile to port over, I was promised $900 total for all the bus lines I brought over... they sent a debit card for $300 and told me that the others would not qualify... the store agent argued that nothing in fine print supported that so they agreed to send the residual but it was NEVER sent... they gave me a $200 discount on my ph. bill instead.... BE CAREFUL with anything they promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to share a complaint against TMobile cell phone company.My son bought a iphone from TMobile last year. In May 2017 I called TMobile and told them that the phone was tore up. It was broken and was not in working condition. So I told them I wanted to cancel the account because the phone was not in working condition.
