I paid my account off in full when i switched carriers to ATT and received a requisition number and everything. I clearly asked the representative is this everything I owe and is it paid in full and he confirmed it was. The people that work for T-Mobile in the customer service department are great, however the service is horrible. I can have 5 bars on my 4G antenna and still have to wait 10 minutes for a page to load.
we have been in t mobile for 5-6 years, till lately it got so expensive that we have to switch to another. my 1 -phone was paid for about 1 and half years. now when we asked them to unlock it , they said we have to wait for 24 hours. we waited then a e-mail was received and saying this I phone can be unlock, then said it was not paid. so we pay, then said they still have to say to apple to unlock it and there will be another e-mail. then now they say it will be unlock by Monday 5/22/17. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile back in November 2016. T-Mobile was promoting a deal during the week of Thanksgiving where if you signed up for two lines for $120, you would get two more free. That's 4 lines for $120. I have been consistently charged for 4 lines, i.e. $160, for 6 months now. Every month I have to call in and talk to some new representative to get credits for my two free lines. I've wasted countless hours communicating with T-Mobile about my bill. Everything started back on black Friday I call to switch 2 of my lines to the Galaxy S7 Edge offer I was suppose to pay $200- after trade-in in my old LG G4's back them the representative didn't inform me that the devices needed to be paid in full so when I got the bill next month and saw the charges I call then and I paid $132.7 for each of the G4's that I return in order to qualify for the offer as I was told back in December 16, 2016. Terrible customer service. I have been hung up on multiple times when trying to get my device unlocked after my number was ported out to another service. I have now been without a cell phone for 72 hours due to T-Mobile first unlocking the wrong IMEI number, then "prioritizing" my unlocking request for the correct IMEI number. I have been in the process of unlocking my iPhone 6 devices for 4 days. On 5/12/17 I asked for my iPhone and another iPhone*** on my account to be unlocked. I was informed that I will receive an email within 24hrs regarding the unlocking process. ***This phone was watered damaged and was replaced by Assurant Solutions. Today I want to rate T-Mobile an F. I was trying to change my Wal-Mart Friends and Family (run by T-Mobile)completely to T-Mobile. In 3-4 days I spoke with over 13+ representatives and had to repeat my problem to each one AFTER they each said they needed the exact same info. I have been with TMobile for about a year now. It has been a constant struggle. I want to make this as concise as I can but its been cartoonishly bad. The first thing that I noticed after leaving my other provider was a considerable drop in service. Tmobile was a lot cheaper so I sucked it up and carried on.
