Choosing T-Mobile as my phone carrier was one of the worst mistakes ever. There Bills are bogus and fraudulent. Their customer service is horrendous on the phone and in stores. Specially a store in Herndon VA (Worldgate Centre) The manager Gerard does not care about assisting customers an refuses to help with your issues. The call center! T-Mobile is the company I had most negative experience with. They promise one thing, later find excuses not to commit to their promise. Frustration all the time!!!!
I was a customer of TMobile for 10+ years, at one time I was offered their wireless interest service (sounded like a good idea with the monthly savings) but I could never get the product to work. I been with tmobile for almost one year, and I had issue with my phone I send back they send me right phone but they said my phone that send was broken and charge me 450 dollars.i acalled more then 20 time still no one takes care of it. they promise call back but no answer.
Absolutely horrible customer loyalty program. Alert after alert saying that you qualify for 0.00 down for upgrade when making you make 12 consecutive on time payments. This is only true for the horrible phones that they want to have 0 down on not the phone of your choice. Worst loyalty program in the business.
I have been with T-Mobile for well over 15 years and am currently unhappy with data service. I have received 2 devices to boost service at work and home and see no true difference. The only thing keeping me with T-Mobile is price. Service at my work location is horrible for all T-Mobile users. Hearing a new tower is going up or being updated for the last 2 years is old.
No cellphone company escapes complaints of unscrupulous business services, but T-Mobile may take the cake. I switched to them in January 2017 after getting fed up with Verizon's monthly billing errors which they were too incompetent to fix. I took my month old Verizon phone (valued at over $900) to the T-Mobile store, and traded it in for an identical device, as I could not use a CDMA phone on a GSM network. I have been with tmobile for about 6 years now and recently I decided to add a 3rd line for my son .I was told, at the store, that the cost for his line would be $20 so I decided to continue with adding line. When I went online to pay my bill, I noticed Tmobile is charging me $40 for his line so I called customer service and there is nothing that can be done for because apparently the sales lady at the store "gave me the wrong information". This is the treatment that loyal customers get.
