Only word that can describe my experience is INDIGNANT. Customer care is not well trained..high monthly statements and when I call to solve the issue they give me one verdict and when you call again for the same issue that has not been solved another verdict and so on. Just free headaches and waste of time. For example: Months ago I got a promo to get a free line. I was happy about it and took it for my dad. My experience with T-Mobile has been poor from the beginning. The current and most pressing issue relates to a $500 down I made on two new phones on 4-20-18. As of 6-12-18, the payment has not been credited against my outstanding phone balance. I have spent several hours on the phone and talked to numerous representatives with no resolution. <span>I paid for my device in full on May 25th in order to receive an unlock code at T-Mobile does not have acceptable coverage in the town of Wenham , MA. They were running a promotion saying that if I switched from ******* to T-Mobile, they would pay my balance with *******. I have communicated with T-Mobile on multiple occasions via chat, email and telephone. I submitted my ******* bill to them 3 times. They never paid it and my ******* bill went into collections. I was told by T-Mobile to pay my ******* bill and they would mail me a check. It's now 8 months later and still no check. I don't expect to get one. They lied. They owe me $236.64.

I've T mobile company a costumer for years. I pay my bills on time, and I am a great customer. I bought my phone almost 1 year ago, The phone crashed because of the system, I always protect my phone with case and it looks like brain new. They offered to send me new one, yps, they sent me rein-burnished. Phone has flaws, I complained the company, they said, nothing we can help, I still have to pay for a this phone, but it is not new. I am so disappointed.

I have had a so many problems with the account that was opened to get my 9 year old daughter a phone. An outside contractor talked us into trying to 2 phones for up to 30 days with no strings attached. First of all the supervisor for the outside contractor bailed and said that they are not held liable for anything the sale person says or does. It’s not their problem!! Tmobile will not provide me with a phone that works. I do not have a current phone that works because the battery and phone are obselete. if they cannot provide a phone, then I am not paying for their service. they are the worst! they need to correct this. I also have insurance on this. scam artists! I was a customer of T-Mobile for 15 years. They were my first wireless carrier and I stayed with them because they were reasonably priced and I had decent coverage where I lived most the time. In 2008 I moved into the basement area of a house and that is when I started having issues with their coverage. Calls would not ring my phone. WiFi calling had just started to come out as a feature, so I had the feature added to my service which did not cost anything extra. From day one the Wi-Fi feature was spotty. Extremely disappointed. We just purchased a new home and get absolutely no service in the town we moved to. We have moved 20 miles away from where we purchased the phones. We have spoken to multiple reps and they apologize for having no service but do nothing to solve our problem. We have an S7 and an S8 and have money left to pay on the phones.
