I wish I could put 0 stars. Within the past 4 years tmobile has found some type of way to take money that was not theirs to take and today I recieved a bill for $200+ extra for a phone I have had for 18 months. Because I have auto pay they decided to take the money without asking any questions and when I asked what gave them the right to take it the consultant stated "well sir you have auto payment. " So if they think I'll be with them 5 years can they just take 5 years of Bill's out my account because they want to.

Have been a prepaid customer for almost ten years. Plan ran out of minutes so I added money to my account so I would have minutes for my cancer doctor to call me. Two days later t-mobile charges me my monthly bill, but doesn't apply it to my account for a day, leaving me without coverage and missing my doctor's phone call. Customer service did not see a problem with the situation, did not understand why I was upset and was entirely unhelpful and frustrating. I called t mobile Customer Service from my t mobile phone at 7.42Pm on Sep 4th kept me waiting for 91 minutes and no response after that they hung up .

I am extremely frustrated with your customer service and your inability to match a price you sold me on the website. The lack of accountability is inexcusable. I understand making mistakes and leaving promotions on the website longer than they should have been left however, I've spoken to 7 people now and no one was even willing to look at TMobile.com to see the promotion and order I thought I had placed until I forced them to look. I recently tried T Mobile and was told it had great service where I lived. They lied!! I got home with the phone and was immediately dropped with no service. I worked with the representatives for almost 2 weeks but to no avail. I canceled the phone at the advice of the rep in Springfield, MO and was told I would get my $50 sign up fee back. She lied!! 8/29/18 My dad and I visited the T-Mobile store located at 6800 Dixie Hwy Louisville, KY 40258. Our intentions were to change his plan from one service provider to T-Mobile’s if at all possible. My dad told our representative Troy that he would like to continue use of his current device with the new service. Troy asked who the service was presently through, my dad told him Metro PCS, and Troy assured him that it would work. They let my personal information get compromised. When i called to get help, they were rude, could not explain what was going on and did not help me protect my information going forward. I wanted to change information on my account and they would not help. No wonder they got hacked. they are incompetent.

T-Mobile was not able to activate our phones and would not provide a full refund as communicated by the TMobile representative if we cancelled service within 14 days. What kind of company charges for services not rendered.

We had a fraudulent account opened in my husband’s name using our previous address. The bill was forwarded to us. 3rd day on the phone with t-mobile trying to report a fraud & cancel this account. They can’t give you a phone # for a fraud depr. They wanted our password & social, after being explained to over & over that it was a fraudulent account not opened by us.
