That coverage map that they advertise is total crap. Had T-mobile for 2 months. Worst cell phone service I’ve ever seen. Seriously. It didn’t matter the location, city, interstate, turnpike. Constantly dropped calls or voices were in and out. Payed off phone to go to another carrier and they have still kept the phone locked for 2 days. Sounds a little criminal to me. Looking into legal action now. Worst cell phone service and customer service in history. Thinking about switching to T-Mobile, dont do it!

Dishonest marketing practices. They send you offers, then renege when you go to the store.

If you are smart you will go to any other cell phone carrier than T-Mobile. They claim to have all this coverage with their service and they do not. I had problems receiving and making calls in the city where I live, El Paso, TX, which is a large city! That is pretty bad when you go across or even in the middle of town and can't even make a call or have numerous dropped calls before getting a decent signal to get through to someone!! So please learn from my mistake and stay as far away from T-Mobile as you can! Their service... read more

If you lost your phone, get prepared to pay a $15 fee for them to connect a new phone at the store. Their system will not let you connect it yourself. I have always been able to successfully transfer an existing line with metro to another metro phone without having to go to the store. When I tried to set up the new line by myself calling *228 from the phone, the phone didn't even ring to the automated system. I finally called the customer service line with another phone and after trying to transfer the line to the new phone,... read more

i just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, so far I am a little disappointed, every time i call everyone is really nice and pleasant but I can't log into my account. I either get a notice that the website is unavailable, or a message saying "uh-oh we have our wires crossed" OR my page won't fully load, it pops up, and then goes down and pops up. So, far i am not impressed. I will give them a week to get it sorted, that's how long the CSR said it may take. Hopefully I won't get any billing errors.

t mobile false advertising a 0 down 36 months financing for new phone upgrade. Pamphlet was sent to me through the mail with offer. Called to try to revieve this offer only to find out there offering me 24 months. Waste of time and am disappointed!

Awful experience. Called customer care due to internet issues on my tablet as I wasn't receiving usable data (extremely slow/unusable, if at all) on a grandfathered plan. After going through all the tech support options, the rep offered me an extra bucket of data (5 gigs) for just that month, free of charge, since I was a longtime customer in good standing and rarely even used any data on the device. I was appreciative of the customer service, only to find out the following month that she actually sneakily changed my plan (w... read more

I wanted to buy a new phone, that sales person was Terrence. I guess I asked too many questions for him because he started to become terribly rude.

Their customer service is non-existent. I started to switch to T-Mobile and paid $150 in SIM cards for 6 phones at $180/mo. AT&T convinced me to switch back and within a few hours my phones were back on AT&T. I spoke with the T-Mobile office on the phone prior to switching back during which I obtained my new T-Mobile account # (needed to switch back). I explained my plans and T-Mobile and tried to convince me to stay, but ended in me going back to AT&T. Now T-Mobile is charging me $180 for an entire month of service that I n... read more
