Very shady customer service. They always deny to accept the system error that the data plan is all used up although my phone shows there is plenty left. I wish there were a lawsuit I could join as this could not be just me.

Save yourself a lot of time and energy and Don't Switch to T-Mobile! We were only with them for 2 months and we had to switch to Verizon. The service is terrible! We switched to T-Mobile after being with sprint for 10 years. We were never paid for our phones that we brought from sprint as promised. Supposedly the person who helped us didn't do it right and we never received our buyback money they did however keep our phones. We purchased 4 new phones that we ended up being stuck with after we realized that the phone service ... read more

I had a business account with T-Mobile.. I decided to close the account because I wanted to get a personal account for my husband and I. After researching my options with T-Mobile they told me they could release the other lines on the account and have the parties that were going to take over responsibility for the other lines and any balance on the phones had to call in. Once that was done I could then close the account and open my personal one. My daughter called and took responsibility of two lines and the balance on the p... read more

I recently decided to switch to my family's plan with AT&T from my T-Mobile plan. A T-Mobile employee at a store in San Diego told me to port my number over to my new phone service provider before unlocking my phone and canceling my plan to be sure that I didn't lose my number. Now, T-Mobile refuses to unlock my phone because my number has been ported, which canceled my plan. It's ridiculous that T-Mobile won't unlock my phone - they absolutely have the ability to do so, they just refuse to do so because my plan is no longer... read more

I have been a faithful customer of tmobile for several years. Sticking with tmobile when my service, as it is now, was shoddy and constantly dropping. Tmobile refused to rebate any of my bill when they knew I had no service or severely degraded service. Now I'm transitioning between jobs and I contacted tmobile and asked them for seven days to pay my bill (after faithfully paying on time for several years with degraded service) and I spoke to David today (his agent ID is *****.. call placed at around 2:16 PM on June 8, 2019)... read more

I recently joined on a my sister's family plan. I needed a new phone and was offered an iPhone 7 at a promotional discount of $240. The way the billing was supposed to work is they would bill $18.75 to the account and credit it by $8.75 for 24 months. Well the first month passes and the account was billed the $18.75 and no credit was issued. Second month passes again no credit was issued so I called customer service and was told that the promotion would only be applied to a new line of service. I explained that the salespers... read more

I want to be clear I complain has nothing to do with this location I had to choose a location to file a complaint and make a review. When I spoke with a T-Mobile representative on May 31st I was calling to complain about my service for over a month now we have been dealing with. service problems. Something about a tower being down in my area but it's not right and it's not fair we pay almost a $400 phone bill every month we've been a customer for 19 years and if it was up to me I would leave this company ASAP. we can't use an... read more

I canceled my T-Mobile account and took my business to Verizon. I then paid my last T-Mobile bill and went on vacation. When I got back and checked my mail T-Mobile had sent me a late notice and had sent my account to a collection agency. When I looked at the dates on the collection report I realized that in less than 17 DAYS after the bill was due it was sent to collections. They claim they never received the check and that they didn’t send my bill to collections. That if they had it would show on my account. So I read the ... read more
