DO NOT JOIN T-MOBLE! This is what they are doing to people! When your contract is up and you want to change to another company they will not allow you to return their equipment to them by hand. They will tell you that since you are no longer a customer you have to MAIL it to them. They do this so they do not have to give you a receipt showing you returned the equipment. Paid my T-Mobile bill on time and in full but still getting advisories from T-Mobile threatening disconnection. My bank has confirmed payment was received and the check deposited. Very poor customer service.

I entered T-mobile chat and was put on hold for a very long time. I kept asking what the hold up was. They said, oh you want to use English. I then received immediate service in the English chat....no more delay. I called to ask why I was sent to the Spanish chat even though I had not requested to be. I was told by customer service that I was routed to the slower Spanish chat because I have a Latino surname.

I'm signed up for autopay. Every single month, they steal the money from my account but don't apply it to my bill. I say steal because that's what it is when you take money for something and don't use it for that but instead just keep it. Every month I have to call them and tell them to apply it to my bill. I'm not sure but I'd guess that this practice is illegal. They also say every month that it won't happen again, but it always does. I don't know why I'm still with them - guess because I don't have the time to shop around... read more

I have been calling T-Mobile for 2 months because they are charging me 24 installments for 2 galaxy tab devices which were offered to me as free devices by one t-mobile sales rep in their stores. I have the calls recorded where T-mobile says that they would remove the devices from my account and off course this did not happen. This is my last trial to reach a friendly solution before taking T-mobile to court action.

On 09/23/2019 I paid for my bill, the whole past due with restoration fees, which can I say had 2x the restoration fees because I paid the bill ahead of the payment arrangement date. After I paid the whole entire past due with the 2x restoration fees my account went on suspension again. What I do not understand is now that my bill is current how can you suspend my account again? I spoke with the representative and she told me to put my account back on a payment arrangement when my bill is current and not due until next month... read more

Avoid t-mobile at all costs. The last few months with t-mobile I had intermittent service and missed calls not being recorded. I stopped autopay and switched to ******** ********, access to my t-mobile account page was stopped. My final bill for one month I paid by check. t-mobile had already reported account to collection agency and tried to collect through bank account also. All this occurred in span of 60 days. I had been with tmobile for 2 yrs with autopay. If you buy new phone from tmobile there will be software stored ... read more

I have been getting 1-800 * number spam calls concerning social security being miss used/ benefits being terminated. Called T-mobile to complain about the issue on 08/16/19 but to my surprise the way they are operating is even more worst. High credential information such as SSN, Last name etc were being asked in Chaotic environment where everyone else around the representative can hear and note/ record the conversation.
