T-Mobile lets it’s customers scam the next owner. They are allowing people to pay off their phone. Let it show up as not financed in their system and then they let the original owner call the phone in as lost after they sell it.
I am very unhappy with T-Mobile. I recently switched from Sprint to T-Mobile without any significant savings because I only have one line. T-Mobile told me that I was eligible for a free year of Netflix. It was this benefit that made me switch to T-Mobile. My service has been disconnect twice in the past 6 months for no reason. They customer Service Representative I received today after waiting on the line for 1:13 could not explain why this keeps happening other than system error. When I requested to speak with supervisor, he place me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. I have been a loyal customer for about 16 years but I think its time for a change. Honestly I thought I was making a great decision when switching to TMobile after their ads on TV but I was wrong supposed to have excellent coverage almost everywhere but when I really needed my phone it did not work not until I walked over a mile to get service. My mom and I switched over and got two phones from them for around $400 and we got the two lines and the third for FREE but it was not free and this is how we found out. This time, about the situation in the Country and the World Corona Virus, this Company anyway take my payment to my bank account .I have automatic payment but for this situation t mobile don't respect this time, they charge this month anyway ,I call many times but no body anwser and no body return calls.
I have had various cell service since the early 90's. T-Mobile is by far the worse coverage. I live in Spencerport NY., approximately ten miles from the city of Rochester. There are areas within the Village in which I have no coverage. I have reasons to visit the Watertown NY area. Coverage is very sporadic. I had to be in Philadelphia recently. I stayed 20 miles outside of the city and had no reception. I will move on as soon as my contract is up. What is the sense of having a service that you cannot depend on? ***** *****
Customer Service sucks!! I called in about a a charge on my account and lady offered no assistance refused to fix charge and began to argue back and forth with me and intentionally disconnected my service after I threatened to leave left me without any service and suggested I go to the retail store which was closed. Then charged me agin to cut it back on saying it was my fault. I will be leaving t mobile for good after 6 years of loyalty. Worst company I ever dealt with me. they arw the biggest liers ever..iv been calling 3-4 tines a day for past 2 months complaing about Data issues on my phone, and everytime its a different excuse, you name it they will throw it at you its unreal and sad...issues in yiur area, next one tells yiu they are working on 5G, next one tels you there are to many people in the area ...well thats bot my problem im paying for servise rhat im not getting & they need to fix it ir credit me in full for past 2 months and also making me upgrade my phones for nonreason this is... read more
TMobile agreed to allow me to try a sim to see if service worked. Said no charge other than the SIM if I cancelled in 24 hrs. I cancelled in 2 hours after trying it at home. Paid the fees. Charged for service I never got. Now billing me for service. Called again and they said I needed to login into an account I don't have. After discussion said that they applied a credit and there is no bill. Got another bill.
