We were told that if we switched to T-Mobile our AT& T phone balance would be paid by T-Mobile. We switched & they never paid. When I asked about it, their records didn’t go back that far. Of course!! It cost us $700.00 & I don’t like that T-Mobile didn’t honor their promotion! Bad customer experience!

They lie right to your face just to get business. I was told my bill would be $153 per month. My bill was $307 and tons of extra charges that I was not told about. They also pulled my credit and never even mentioned it to me. Buyer beware T-mobile will scam you.

Back in August 2019 I was offered by a T-Mobile rep a third line for $20 a month with two new iPhone XR, "buy one for $750 and get one for free". T-Mobile started billing me full price for both phones and $30 for the third line instead of $20. After several calls and promises that they'll to call back once they activate the so called "escalation", they never called and I concluded that they will never give me the free cost of the promotion. I'm even being told that that promotion never existed at the first place. The most di... read more

I switched to Verizon in July of this year. I waited for T-Mobile to send me my final bill (I owed for a partial month of usage and a balance on devices). No problem with paying for what I used, but when they sent me a collection letter and I called to get the break down, I was told they SHUT OFF MY PHONES for non-payment. Well, I haven't had their service for 4 1/2 months! I didn't have any phones to shut off. ??? Then they told me they see that three lines were cancelled but the extra line (which was a dummy line, only had... read more

T-mobile use to be a good company......but not anymore. Back in 1999, I signed up for their prepaid service when it was Powertel; six months later I transferred it over to post-paid account. Then when Voice Streams took over and I stayed with them and then down the line came T-mobile. In 2016, after I paid off my devices, I called one day to make sure that all the devices had a zero balance and the guy that answered the phone did not thank me for being with them for 17+ years, instead stated "Now you can switch providers!" W... read more

WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER!! I purchased an iphone 8 online about 4 days ago for a black friday deal which I would've got the phone for free, but of course when I called to check on the status of the order the rep said my order was rejected and couldn't tell me why?? She then proceded to start a new order in which of course the black friday deal wouldn't be honored. pissed!!!

Bought a phone for my college bound niece in June. T-Mobile offered me Netflix on them. Checked my CC statement today and found that they’ve been charging me everyday since offering the perk. Apparently there’s an extra step that you personally have to take— look through your online account and hopefully stumble upon the option as the rep today to the link the accounts and activate the feature. Of course I spoke with a manager to have my money refunded to be told “I should’ve checked my statements to be sure I wasn’t being c... read more

Very unpleasant experience at Store 4020 University Village. We have been with ****** for over 13 years and was advised by a friend to switch to T-Mobile. The first comment from the employee (after I told him that) was "we're buying them anyway". He was very lax and unprofessional, used my iPhone 7+ as a pointing wand to show me the phones they had. His demeanor was such that we weren't being taken seriously. We decided to sign up and avail of a free Samsung 10E for one line. Since it was late, we volunteered to set it up at... read more
