T-Mobile. They say their customer's come first! I just order a Samsung S20. I chose to pay for the Magenta Plus Plan. They never activated any of the features. I have had to spend my own time calling in to have them activite the features. Finally I told them to compensate my time to call and fix their mistakes or cancel. They chose not to compensate my time. They allowed me to cancel and I will choose a different service. Beware to others that you may not get what you purchase and may have to spend hours on the phone trying ... read more

Worst company EVER. I urge consumers to really check in detail their bill statements for hidden fees and never expect a deal or promotion from this company it will always back stab you when terminating services with them. This company is scamming consumers and should be investigated.
I called to switch to Tmobile from Verizon to take advantage of the military discount and save some money , after a few minutes of talking to the rep I then realized that I would be patient the exact same amount as my current plan and the rep was extremely rude and tried to sell me on products that where less then my current models. I then informed him that I would gladly pay the extra money and stay with Verizon instead of dealing with incompetent people. Tmobile obviously doesn’t care about gaining business and gaining the... read more
We changed to T-Mobile and were told it would be $50 with insurance to replace our phones. After 1 1/2 years a phone was damaged when dropped, after filing a claim, we were charged $100 and told the phone would be delivered the next day and we had to be home and sign for it. We called after 6pm and were told the phone was on back order with no specific time frame that the phone would be in but probably less than a week. None of this was told to us when we signed up, nor when we talked to the insurance rep when we filed the c... read more
...That awkward moment when you call T-Mobile about the mysterious $14 charge on your bill for the "handset" and "accessories". They try to tell you you're still paying for a phone you financed in August of 2018 (with very good credit), but when you politely ask them to bring up the notes on your account, guess what?? Not only was the phone paid off LAST August, but they had to credit me over $70 then for overcharging me! I said, "So you're admitting to me that the notes in your own system verify my phone and accessories wer... read more
I have been a customer with T-Mobile for about 20 years. We were with T-Mobile when they first started. In Jan 2020, I bought a Samsung A50 phone from ******. I got the phone and noticed instructions for international calls, which concerned me. I called T-Mobile and asked specifically if this phone is compatible with T-Mobile. The T-Mobile rep said yes. Recently calls started dropping a lot! I called T-Mobile and the technician told me the phone is not compatible. He could see where I had been advised the phone was compatibl... read more
I wanted to bring to light that T-mobile "recently did an upgrade to their network" and now many cell phones that were purchased through third party vendors are no longer able to receive incoming phone calls on their network. I contacted them three times before a technician revealed the reason why my unlocked phone that I had purchased a year ago brand new from a vendor on Amazon and was working fine on their network until a month ago no longer is able to receive incoming phone calls (I can receive incoming calls on internet... read more
Prior to T-Mobile, I had ******* Wireless for 12+ years. They had amazing service, but were expensive. I ended up switching onto my friends T-Mobile plan, so that we could get a better deal with having more than one line, but only ended up saving $5 compared to *******. First off, they refused to allow me access to the account to pay my portion of the bill even though my friend gave me access to the account by speaking to a representative many times. So then I had to venmo my friend money every month because T-Mobile kept te... read more
