TMobile charged our account for 16 months after we cancelled the account before we realized it. When we called to request reimbursement, T-Mobile acknowledged their mistake, they refused to reimburse us for their mistake. They think that refunding three of the 16 months is adequate. They refuse to give us the last name of anyone with any authority, so we can’t even file a small claims suit to get our money back. Good phone service, but absolutely terrible customer service. If you sign up for them under their prepaid unlimited plan, you will never have access to their T-Mobile app, and good luck logging into their website. Customer service keep saying they’re working on resolving this, but apparently it’s been going on for years. They could seriously care less about their customers.

I have been with Tmobile for about 6 as a loyal customer and have purchased and paid off several phones with this company. It was good at first but some many things have happened it’s just too long to write. My last and worse experience is I added 2 more lines to my account so of course it made me responsible for everything which I greatly understand. My bill is normally $326 per month or a little more. I paid off my account and told them I wanted to close it inside a store and went to ******* and they put that shit on my credit saying I owe them 189 dollars.

I cancelled my service back in october 2019. Was told it is cancelled and I will receive my final bill in 60 days. Then i received another bill in december and my service was not cancelled. I called them and they had no record of my cancellation or that i called in They would escalate it and investigate and in would receive a call back. They also told me my service was cancelled as off December This also did not happen and i kept getting billed. Let me say, my experience was not optimal. Saturday was my birthday and my wife for months has been talking about new phones. We went to T Mobile to switch carriers and upgrade our phones. I told my wife of meeting a young lady who was working at the Harden Street Columbia SC store and wanted to go there to look her up and check T Mobile out. UPS LOST MY UPDATED NEW PHONE I PAID $61 UPFRONT THEN PAYMENTS OF $31.. PHONE NEVER REACHED ME.. BECAUSE OF A DAMAGED PACKAGE (STOLEN).WHILE IN TRANSIT...They said should only take 5to 7 days to complete..SO I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $61 +$20 BECAUSE I TALKED TO ONE OF THERE SO CALLED SPECIALIST..
