Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. T-mobile lies, tricks and make false promises. The company is so greedy that even after admitting to being at fault they make you jump thru hoops to resolve the matter in hopes you give up and they run away with your money. Ever since I switched from AT&T to save money I've had constant issues. Customer service is inconsistent, unhelpful and lie. The heartache is not worth the savings. Do not work for this company!! I worked here and quit due to harassment and mistreatment from manager and because I quit, they would not give me my last commission check. I contacted John L half a dozen times to see how I go about getting my commission check and all he kept saying was someone was supposed to be getting ahold of me. It’s been almost a year and still have not received a phone call or my commission check.

I will never do business with T-Mobile again. We have had an account with them for MANY years. We own our phones outright. I recently switched providers to AT&T and after 5 days I am unable to get my current phone unlocked by T-Mobile. I have called them many times, talked to many supervisors and every time they tell me my request is rejected and I need to refill out the form and wait another 72 hours. I have been with T-Mobile for 18 years and the last 5 years has been double "HE Hockey Sticks". The Customer Service verses Retail Stores Do Not Have The Same Policies and DO NOT BACK EACHOTHER. The 3rd phone I bought from T-Mobile was a Samsung Galaxy On5 which was Dropping Calls, Not getting phone messages until 1-2 days later, Manufacturer Defective(Two Graphic Black Holes started getting bigger and blocking any readable screenage, all my calls to their Headquarters and where ever else your routed in the USA and Out of th... read more

Extremely dishonest and scam company. they offer in store and online promo of $120 for 4 lines then charge you $155. Then say they made a mistake if that promo doesn't exist. Everytime you go to the store expect minimum 1.5 to 3h for anything from opening a line to complain about an issue. Worse customer service ever.

I been with t mobile for long time never had bad review for any company but t mobile representative made me very mad. Closed accounts with T-Mobile. They billed me via e-mail and USPS letter. Amounts, as usual, were different. Called T-Mobile and the amount given was the same as USPS letter. I thought I did not owe them anything, but I was assured I did. So to get rid of the nastiness I had experienced, sent then a check. Later they sent a 'bill' showing that I over paid by the amount I had sent. Soooo, to pay me back, they did not send a check, BUT one of those damnable credit cards with a balance. AVOID T-MOBILE AT ALL COST!! They are extremely helpful when it comes to TAKING your money. After they get you to sign up, all that helpful, friendly, we are here for you to make you happy goes out the window. They have no options to help you. Their customer service line, is a joke. They can't help you with nothing, they only say you have to go to the store you signed up at. Also if you are out of town, 6 hours away and go to a T-Mobile store and sign up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Stay away from this company at all costs. They charge you with TONS of hidden fees and dont notify you of it! Within the last 3 months they have accrued $360 in fees for my account and when I asked how they got that number, no one could explain to me the simple question! This is a company that tries to nickel and dime its customers with no care at all!
