This company lied about their monthly plan cost. I was quoted $105 a month but they charged me $139. The payment wasn't supposed to be due until 30 days after activation is what I was told during sign up, but I was already billed by the 3rd week. Not even a full 30 days as I was told. The representative said she would have the call pulled to confirm the monthly bill amount but now they can't find that bi am now out $42 for 4 SIM cards, have my last bill due with my old company, the new premature bill due with TMobile and the... read more

Zero star-ranking. Poor customer service! Not helpful! Pretending not to hear me or bad communication. Put me on hold and then hang up. Too hard to close my inactive phone number. Why not? it is inactive.

I placed a review for a device I recently pursed on T-Mobiles site and shortly after it was removed for no reason. The review was entirely honest and contained no "bad" language or false information. In fact, I said the device in general was pretty good with only a few main concerns. The fact that T-Mobile will censor and remove any/most reviews on their site that aren't 4 or 5 stars goes to show how fake this company is. Unacceptable behavior

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for over twenty years. Every two years or so, I upgrade my device, mainly to keep up with new technology. Customer service has always been cooperative in providing me with an upgrade at a reasonable price, but not anymore. It seems that after twenty years of promptly paying my bill, I have become a retail customer again, and T-Mobile could care less. I won't pay their ridiculous price for an upgrade to a new device. I got TMobile back in October 2019. First off I was looking forward to their most reliable network and it was good at the beginning but now that months have gonna by I'm starting to get spotty service and drop calls. Every time I call customer care they just respond saying the towers are getting updated and we will let you know when it's back up! Just the run around. T-Mobile Lies and Does Not Honor Their Contracts!!!! So back in September I went in to the T-Mobile corporate store in Federal Way to inquire about the buy 1 get 1 promo on the Note10+ they were offering. I was told we needed to add a single line on their plan and keep it for 4 months. I was told that my total cost would NOT change and actually would go down. T-Mobile charged me $400 for unreturned equipment that I don’t know anything about. I was never informed I had the equipment or that I would be charged a large sum for any equipment. Even if I did order this equipment I would guard it with my life if I had been told there was a $400 non return fee. I also doubt this cell spot thing they told me I had was worth $400.

I do not have signal in my house and there's nothing they can do about it. I upgraded my phone since it will possibly help and it doesn't. Still can't cancel my contract with them.

Terrible customer service! When you call Tmobile in Colorado they do not help you out and hang up on you! Rose from Tmobile is rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me!!
