They say unlimited but it's not. 50 mgbt are unlimted but once you hit that it turns to 3glte and it puts you in a priority category and after 99 mega bytes of usage it turns to 2glte and than your ****** can't do **** on that. So dont fall into the ******** of unlimted. It is definitely limited and they are legally ******* the people!!!!

STAY AWAY from t-mobile!!! Spent $1200 for new phones, returned them 2 days later,terrible wi-fi reception (Mtn. House Ca ). Were given a 'booster' for better reception, didn't work, returned phones, were given refund minus $30 for restocking event though we were they had good service in our area, they had only partial service in our area. One month later we get a bill for $149 for auto pay which we NEVER signed up for. I was paying my bill as not to be late, the website glitches and said try again. After 5 “try again “ I gave up and called only to find out I was charged each time overpaying by $410. Over a week ago I was told I would be issued a refund once approved. No approval came. I called again and was told not to worry it was approved but still no approval text. After battling a barely-working T-Mobile website in order to pay my bill, I discovered our two cell phone lines had $15 per month international calling plans. We NEVER call internationally and I NEVER authorized these additions. I called T-Mobile and found that these were added July 17, 2019. I got T-Mobile to reverse these charges, and considering that they didn't put up any kind of a fight, I have to assume they know they were trying to scam us. Horrible customer support. They ignore what a customer says and keeps wasting time. I ordered their test drive (30 day free trial), which comes with a coolpad and a sim. The coolpad was defective. It turned on but immediately froze. It didn't even respond to the power button (holding it down for minutes didn't even turn it off). I even tried their factory reset sequence, nothing. Guys please be careful when you buy phone buy one get one free I pay in full and they charge me for 2 th photo with no contract or nothing I got the worst service plus they tell me they are not responsible for their employees actions

I closed my account and they sent me a final bill with the incorrect amount.I went back to the actual T mobile store to get the previous months bills to make sure I wasn't incorrect. They charged me a extra 89.17 for equipment and I have called 3x times for a rep to 1st state that a manager would call back in 30 minutes to 1 hour no call and then I called back the next day , the rep that was helping me said she would look into and agrees the bill was incorrect but couldn't credit my account and would return the call no call ... read more

I started using t Mobile last Jan 2019 bought the phone outright and paid for 2 months of service,the next month I was sent a text by t Mobile saying I owed money was very frustrated. Than in recent months they began taking my payments early auto pay and sometimes did not have enough in my account they would then cut off my service I went into a local store to complain to them and the rep was no help at all I am looking for another carrier
