I've been a T-mobile customer for well over 4 years now and am baffled at the way I've been treated the last few days. I think T-Mobile is a deplorable company because they should give at least ten days or longer for a person to pay their bill. Mine was due on the 19th and we're having problems so I decided to wait until the tenth day which is today 5/28/19 to pay but no, they already turned it off and are charging a reconnect fee. They are the slime of the earth taking extra money from people who are having financial difficulties.
T mobike has the worst phines and service i have ever dealt with . and when you tell them the sales persons names they say they are no longer with the company . but i was in roanoke at the mall and low and behold the same guy was working at the t mobile there that was at the christiansburg location . so they are deceptive and there service and phones are crap . i do not advise anyone to ever use there service . you get scamed . i dont even give them 1 star but had to to leave my review
I decided to make a switch to T-Mobile to save some money. The coverage map showed service in my area and there is a store here so I thought the service would be good. The girl at the store told me that there were a couple areas that had spotty service but that a new tower was being put in so service would improve soon. I did have a grace period to try the service and return the phones and pay a restocking fee if I wasn't satisfied. For three phones it would have been $150 dollars. I had used T-Mobile years ago and the service was poor and expensive. We decided to give them a try again many years later to find out the service still stinks and is super expensive compared to what you actually get. To top it off, when you try to leave, you pay your final bill and they tell you it's all taken care of. T-Mobile scammed me. I gave them my phones and they gave me a credit. They should have because no one gets something for nothing. I submitted my final bill from ATT $746 only to be told I would only be getting $176!!! They deducted the phone credits From the money they promised for terminating ATT early. I have a daughter in the hospital. I quit teaching for the rest of the year to help her. I don’t have $570 pay a bill for leaving a better service! I switched companies because they kept over charging me on my bills and they continue to take money out of my account without authorization and when I called they told me that I still have service because they weren't informed that I switched companies
I used to work for T-Mobile at the call center level. We went through training, and the training was amazing. Come 6 months in the position, my partner was PCs to Tampa. I loved working for them so I saw they had a call center in Tampa. I applied. Keep in mind my metrics were leading. I was number 3 in the center.
