I opened a T-Mobile account for 2 phones. I cancelled the service after 2 weeks because T-Mobile could not get my service to work properly. I called them on multiple occasions and went into a local store attempting to get the service to work properly. The service never did work. After I cancelled service I received a bill for a full monthly rate of $70. I called and expressed my desire to have the bill adjusted to reflect the actual usage. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of! The service is amazing as well as the price! I love that mangers are avalible immediately. Also, no recordings a live person is ready with knowledge on the company! I love T Mobile they put Customers FIRST!

After many years of service, this is the last straw!! I have a had perfectly good working Note 5 for several years. As of the last T-Mobile update a few months ago, the phone no longer worked properly. I have been sent 4 replacements in a matter of about 7 weeks. Every phone I receive has an issue or multiple issues within a few days after they receive the updates. We are part of the Early Termination Pay out program SCAM provided by T-Mobile. We switched from Sprint because of constant overages and late fees only to find out T-Mobile isn't any better. They promise the ETP and then don't honor it. We submitted the final bills on their website and four months later still no prepaid card to pay old provider. A tmobile store in Ilinois added a JBL speaker to my account without my authorization and now tmobile refuses to remove the speaker from my account. Tmobile insists I pay for something I did not authorize and do not have

I do not even want to give T-Mobile one star! Paid off phone and switched to Verizon. 5 days later phone is still locked!!!!!??. I can not even go over every phone call that has been made up until now and everyone representative had a different answer and promise. I will jump through a hoop right now......UNLOCK THE PHONE!!!! This is ridiculous!

Intentionally out-dating unlocked phones to drive up phone prices (including branded ones from 3rd parties like Motorola and Iphone). Check their new band's they've been installing nationwide (offical link from tech support below). Also their primary system for tech support is calling which is difficult with phone difficulties (and being put on hold with a reservation) or through Facebook messenger with a random agent pool. ******************************************************

My husband and I recently changed our t-mobile account over to his name because he is a veteran and we get a discount by doing so. We did this despite some of the challenges I have experienced with bad coverage here in Colorado. We were not told that this would result in a brand new account being set up. So we received a final bill for our last account at the same time we received our first bill for the new account. For the old account it was pro-rated which we expected.
