T-Mobile is the worst cell phone company in existence, anywhere from quality to customer service
Spoke to a rep, was assured I could make a payment by end of week. Then lines were disconnected. Spent about 10 hours trying to restore the lines. I spoke to a rep and made a payment, wrongly informed me that my lines were taken care of and that I could call by next week to make an arrangement for the rest. They don’t even deserve one star. I removed my account from autopay and switched services to ****. They charged my account 334.14 and took it from my checking account. I was told a refund would be issued via a visa prepaid card in the mail in 3-5 business days on a Friday. I waited a week and nothing came. I called and they said they would refund me directly to my checking account and it would be available today. Another five days. They give their customers nothing but broken promises. The customer service reps are rude, and when there is a problem you can speak to 10 different reps withing the same day, and each rep will tell you something different. My experience with this carrier has been the worst that I have EVER experienced. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!!!!
Another sh. company which hires foreign employees from South East Asia. Every time I call them I request a local employee and not somebody from the distance. I won't recommend that poor company to my best friends.
They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen! Every single person I talked to gave me a different answer. I placed an order for 6 SIM cards and 4 of those lines were getting new phones and they totally screwed up the order. Order was "held up/reversed for some reason that they do not even know what it is", yet no one gave me a call. I have been transferred numerous times and no one has been able to help me. My ID was stolen and that individual opened an account at T-Mobile. I contacted there customer service a total of 4 times and I have been to their stores twice to get this resolved. The person was thankfully arrested by a very observant employee at UPS. T-Mobile refuses to allow customers to contact their Fraud Department directly and is completely useless when trying to speak to them on the phone. I also had someone call t mobile pretending to be me. They switched my phone number to a different Sim card without verifying my passcode. While the other person had my phone number on their Sim card they had my bank send them a temporary password and they went into my bank account and took all the money out of my bank. I have been waiting since last December 6, 2017 for the report from T-Mobile regarding this issue. I give them a zero and I am having problems with my bill as Adisa T on 8/16/2018 did. I try to work with them what my bill was suppose to be and they turn ,me into a bill collector. For 10 days or their terrible service I was to pay $47 and they send me a bill for $205.00. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are doing the same thing to my friend. I do not rate them a one either.
