Do not use T-Mobile. I switched from ******* due to price of service and discounted telephones and am regretting it now. I had the service for 8 days. The coverage was so poor that every day in some location I traveled I couldn't use the phone to make calls or data service. Not to mention it didn't work in my home. The coverage maps they show online show nothing accurate to what I experienced. I spent 4 hours on the phone with T Mobile trying to establish new service. The first rep entered my information wrong and every subsiquent attempt was denied because their identity theft/fraud department red flagged my name. After 4 hours being bounced around from department to department and retelling my story over and over I was told I had to go to a store if I wanted service. Closest store is over 2 hour drive so it would take me an aditional 5 hours at least if I wanted to get service established

Hello I want to share my experience with you. Somehow there is a breach of security within T-Mobile. Last night 6/27/18 around 9pm my phone said no service, I woke up at 5am and the phone still said no service. When I called T-Mobile to see why a representative stated that someone had called and reported my phone lost or stolen!! The agent said that the IME number was reported. Told me service in Chicago was comparable if not better to all other providers. My phone had service that worked 20% less than my previous provider. Their system made me change my pin multiple times because it messed up and then when I couldn't remember my pin, they have no other way to validate my identify when I called to pay over the phone and told me I needed to go to a store location. Nothing works at T-Mobile including their systems.

Spotty coverage, pretty much everywhere. When we went to close out our account, they continued to charge us for four months of using a mobile hotspot we didn't have anymore, because it got turned back in. They didn't note that in the system. Every time we called to get it taken off they told us to take action with the company we ended up going to, because they were in charge of closing out all of the account with T-Mobile. I returned signal booster equipment to a t-mobile store and have receipt but t-mobile charged me nearly $500 which went into collections. I've filed to have this fixed twice and t-mobile refuses to resolve the issue and I get called by the collection agency daily.

I went in today to upgrade one of 4 phones on my plan. I was told if I bought an iphone, I would get an iwatch at 50% off today. Awesome! Right? No. It went downhill from there. I picked out the iphone. The girl told me how many gigs it had and the price. Then I picked out my iwatch and paid for both and all the accessories (screen protector and case for phone). Tmobile has the worst customer service in my local area. They all seem edgy and they do not care what they customer wants. They perform sales for themselves. They are like con artists. They are over priced lately and they have no good deals. The employees are in it for themselves.
