<p>i have called emailed and done everything out of my power to get T-mobile to fix there mistake on my plan and still after 4 months nothing has been done!!! im paying for 3 additional lines that i dont use and that i told t mobile i was not using anymore i have been on phone with at least 8 people and still im paying for services im not using and i have requested multiple times to be removed. also my parents left my plan and T-mobile transfered the wrong iphone to my parents plan now i am being forced to pay for a device t... read more

Horrible customer service, no one does thing consistently. Why bothering notating the account or recording the conversations when its never followed up. Ive called so many times and at least once a month because of one issue or another. Im so done with tmobile.

Bad experience all around. Was told by staff at the store (and over the phone on T-mobile CSR support) to Jump on demand our Phones *before* switching to a new over 55 contract. All seemed to go well until we found we were not being charged for the devices just service and the Jump plan. After many calls to T-mobile (Them constantly saying *it may take some time to appear on your bill*) we finally discovered that the phones were never moved over to the new plan. This company loves to scam you!!! First off they were having a promotion for a "free" tablet if you add a line. I added the line and the tablet was mailed to my house and I immediately called and registered it as directed by the instructions inside. To my suprise my next bill i was being charged for the tablet and the new line. I called in to see wtf and they told me it was mailed to late and the promotion was over by the time i received the divice and nothing they could do. Lasted 2 months. They company, as a whole, failed me terribly. To the point where im willing to pay $30 more per monther to be with another company. In my short life span with TMobile ive had the following..1. Brought my own device said it was compatible. Data was not working, had to drive 9 hours on highway with out fully functional phone. 2. Had T-Mobile's service for about three years and always paid my bills on time and received timely monthly statements. When it came time to switch to another provider then they did everything they could to put up roadblocks and offer no service. Told me several different final payments that was owed which kept going up by $10 each time I asked. I have happily paid the premium to be on *********network for the last 3 and a half years. ******* and have already had a couple of spats regarding billing that they eventually admitted to and resolved so already a few strikes against them. We lost our home in a fire and had to cut expenses. T mobile was offering the "All In" plans. They told us we would need to buy new phones, but they would pay for our iphones as soon as they were received. I received a confirmation that the phones were signed for by their warehouse.
