I recently purchased a new phone and at that time, I was advised that if I changed my account from my name to my husband's I would get a better deal. This turned out to be correct, but then I started to get a lot of bills for miscellaneous amounts. Their Philippines office provides zero help to customers. I don't even know why T-Mobile wastes money paying those employees. The Meridian, Idaho office also was fraudulent.

On February 10th, T-Mobile had a campaign going on with the Apple iWatches. It was a great deal. I ordered an iwatch for myself and one for my dad. On February 14th I received, I thought, both watches. Come to find out there’s only one iwatch in the box. (The box was not damaged or seemed to have been messed with) I immediately reached out to T-Mobile to inform them and it’s been hell ever since. If I could give T-Mobile zero stars, I would. I had this issue for about 4 years now that prevented me from paying my bill online/phone. I had switched between prepaid accounts in Sept 2013 (both through T-Mobile). The previous prepaid account had a balance, which I was assured that the money would be transferred to the the new prepaid plan (I asked multiple times during this conversation). I have been a TMobile customer for a little over 5 years. I recently purchased two Samsung note 8 and also added acoverage for lost or damage phone. unfortunately one of the phone got broken just two weeks after purchase. I filed a claim with Assurancee. The company is twho does the warranty coverage for TMobile. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs! And beware, when you terminate service, they will continue to bill you for the balance of your billing cycle. They do not prorate. Their treatment of single line customers is atrocious.

I will be canceling service song When I signed up for T-Mobile service they told me $50 will provide me with unlimited talk text and unlimited data but I didn’t find out until recently that T-Mobile does not provide unlimited LTE for the $50 plan and I cannot afford the unlimited LTE playing I’m on disability I have experience drop calls and I cannot enjoy my service because the Internet is too slow why would I continue paying $50 for a service every month if I can’t enjoy the service can’t enjoy service also because of the ... read more

On July of 2017 a T-Mobile rep contacted me stated my niece was in store wanting to get service, we were T-Mobile customers at the time and the account was under my husbands name, so the lady tells me if we could help out my niece by signing for her, I told her no for two reasons 1) my husband was not there with me and 2) my niece will not pay that's why she has bad credit, the rep stated if we changed our minds to please take my husband's DL to her to make a copy 6 months later we get a $4200.00 bill from T-Mobile I call an... read more

Failure 1 (not fulfilling request): Last night, my wife and I visited a T-Mobile store in Mount Prospect, IL. We requested to i) pay off an iPhone 8 Plus, ii) transfer a number from an iPhone 5 to the iPhone 8 Plus, and iii) cancel the former number aligned with the iPhone 8 Plus.
