The two stars come from the good layout and being decently clean... they lose 3 stars in my book purely because of the staff. If they aren't talking or sitting on their cell phones, they are the rudest people I deal with here in town. If you see them on cell phones and not paying attention, count yourself lucky that you don't have to deal with such rude, childish people! I joined 24 hour fitness in May of 2022. A young woman working at 24 hour fitness helped sign me up. Before she signed, me up I asked her if I could use a **** prepaid debit card from netspend. She told me yes. From May 2022 to September 2022 I was charged with my prepaid debit card. I always checked my transaction history, and I was always charged my monthly dues. 24 Hour Fitness is charging membership fee for Membership SX77441 for over 2 years for services that were not provided and are not even available in the immediate area. Due to the pandemic the clubs were closed in March of 2020, and the location near my home was never reopened. In October of 2020 I received a notification that they filed for Chapter II bankruptcy. My family of four are all overweight. 2 are obese. We all have memberships and only 2 of the 12 machines specifically designed for cardio are working properly. This has been like this since I joined April of 2021.

I am very concerned about the level of ease to canceling my membership. I just tried to use the website to cancel, but it said I had active membership to cancel. However, they just charged me $39.99 today for my active membership. When I go to freeze my membership, the account is now available to freeze, but that would involve me being charged about $38 if I try and unfreeze it. Plus, they will not allow you to enter the number of months you want the membership frozen. They will allow you to freeze one month and then charge ... read more

I joined the 24 hour fitness gym at **************************************************************************************, in May 2022. I have repeatedly told the managers that several of the treadmills ,stairmasters, and the televisions do not work correctly . You can not plug in your head phone wire and listen to the television commentary on several of the treadmills, and on NONE !!! of the stairmasters. On Sunday August 28, 2022, the three televisions were broken.

I just joined this gym And I noticed that there is Black mold growing in the steam room on the bottom steps. It takes sometime for mold to grow so that means this area is not ever cleaned and sterilized. Black mold can make you dealthly I'll if not dealt with. I went to the front desk to tell a worker but there was no one in sight when I was leaving. You pay for a membership and that is definitely an OSHA violation Not to mention disgusting. 2 minutes ago Despite our ( my husband and I ) disappointing experience at Sodo location 5 years ago, we decided to give 24 hour another shot . We went online and and got guest pass not because we were not sure but location is 19 miles away and an hour drive, before we commit we wanted to see if drive is worth it and how much time does it take going back and forth.
