BE WARNED. do not give your credit card information over the phone.I called the Arcadia location on Friday Sep 15, 2023 at 10am, to renew my membership, "********" answered the call, he sounded very friendly and helpful. He even offered to waive the annual fee if I renew my membership over the phone. Horrible customer service and fraud. I tried to cancel my membership online the first week of August and it kept giving me an error. I was charged membership dues on August 27th, 2023 for membership August 27th - September 27th 2023. I called my club in ******, ** on August 28, 2023 and explained that I tried to cancel prior to the membership renewing and they refused to refund my dues. The front desk had no written documents on reservations for classes. They did not know where a member was in the class or not. They said they have to keep the attendance for insurance purposes; no record. Deny access at will and will reason with misunderstanding. This is no customer service at all. The ********************** team needs to more transparent on protocols. This is a disappointment. I did not understand why it is so difficult to handle reservations.

This facility as well as 24-Hour Fitness Corporate Management operates with no conscience. In January 2020, I was visiting family in ******** and came to this location to swim. The surface around the pool was slick - unlike any other pool surface (24 hour and non 24 hour) I had ever encountered. It was wet and it caused me to slip and fall backwards into the stair area of the pool. My head hit hard and I was knocked out and I woke up underwater at the base of the stairs. worst service by the management, and employee attitude at ********* , ***** ***** branch. The wet area has been close for more than two months with out response answer or inform when they are going to open back. When ask, answer are we dont know when and have no available date.
