****** 24 Hour fitness club is NOT following Covid mask mandate from Sacramento County, despite repeated attempts over the past 4 weeks to alert management (via numerous email, phone, on site meetings) up through the Club Manager and the District Manager. Approximately ninety percent of guest are not masked. Their policy says safety is their priority and they follow all local COVID regulations, but in practice they do NOT follow policy and do no require masks in the club. This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level youre at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Ive been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. Its great! I feel 10 years younger!

To whom it may concern,Overall I am disappointed at how I was handled as a customer, and I have no doubt that there is others with a similar case.I was motivated to get back into the gym in February of 2020. When covid hit in mid March the 24 locations closed down, and shortly after went bankrupt. I had called the located several times to cancel my membership, but there was probabaly no money to pay for anyone to answer customer calls. This is a corporate matter. Spoke to an agent in April, as the clubs were reopening I was called to update my card information. I was advised that I could continue a freeze due to the pandemic so I requested this continue and I would go to the club directly to cancel my membership (I was. 0 out of 5. Don't fall for their 3-day free guest pass. It's not free, because it costs a $20. $20 to decide if I want to come back? No where on their site did it state this policy, and I guess it is left up to the daily sales managers. I found on-the-spot and was humiliated, since I just ended my previous gym membership to come here for a trial. I only did this because it was closer. Bought a training package of 8. Covid caused all to shut down. I have/had 6 sessions left 800$ paid and 10+ years of membership. Could not get a hold of a sole in corporate for a year. Contacted local gym once recently-opened (As advised by corporate after a year of calls) Gym WOULD NOT reimburse over 500$ in services not RENDERED. No communication. No contact. When I cancelled my account, I filled everything out properly, got a confirmation, and discussed with someone on the phone to ensure it was fully done. These scumbags keep charging you after you cancel, even during COVID.I was getting ripped off for months.
