Left the following message for GM at 24 Hour Fitness 3/8/2021 ** still have not heard back Hello Keith W*****, This morning at 24Hour Fitness 205, I believe I racially harassed by your employee Justin S**. It happened this morning 3/7/2021 at 5am. Today I approach the front desk as I’ve done for the last close to 20 years at 24Hour and he just stares at me. These people are very deliberately making it nearly impossible for people to cancel memberships even though the gyms are closed. It's criminal and they ought to be prosecuted for it. They have been charging me month after month. You email them to cancel through their website and get no reply. Can't get anyone on the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service and they deserve to go bankrupt with business practices like this.

Cancelled my membership nearly a year ago and today I have a $27.99 charge from 24 Hour Fitness. I will dispute it as soon as it posts to my credit card. You'll never get my business again.

I currently work out at the Dairy Ashford Sports location at *****Westheimer location and I absolutely LOVE the location and staff. I began my fitness journey a few months ago and walked into this location and talked with David G and let him know what my needs were and he paired me with Chad W. Not only has Chad meet my needs, he has exceeded them. I am seeing SIGNIFICANT results and I’ve never been to a gym and felt this comfortable. Since covid hit 24 hour fitness has been on a rampage charging people while their gyms are closed. People are also being charged while their memberships have been cancelled months before. Unreal that this company can get away with stealing money from people. They need to be set as an example and be shut down. I will never support this company again.

I requested to cancel my membership back in May of 2018 way before Covid was an issue and now I am being charged for monthly for a membership. I still have my email and confirmation request from May of 2018 of my cancellation but now I am being charged again for a membership I did not apply for and unable to contact this company to correct this issue. Phone service is disabled and no response from emails either. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm STILL being charged for services not rendered since Mid-March by these leeches. Customer service: THIRD RATE Management: SHADY Clubs: meh Their customer service # a BLACK HOLE Hope the ****looks into their business practices.
