I was "escorted" out of the 24 hour Fitness Millbrae today because I was taking pictures of the many people who were not wearing masks. They accused me of harrassing these members and were more upset about me taking picture (none of them were in the locker room) than they were about the members not wearing masks. I pointed out a member whose mask was pulled down under her nose and he stated "she can't breathe." Often the staff is not wearing masks at the front desk. This gym should be shut down.

Don't EVER EVER purchase any type of membership with these guys. Complete rip off. I paid $429.99 for a prepaid ****** membership, only to find out that it is no longer accepted. I mean seriously, they have raised their prices and cut corners with their service. They also do a horrible job maintaining cleanliness, don't even fix their machines, close their gyms for no apparent reason, and are horribly staffed. Soon there will be very few gyms to go to. They won't even give you a refund if you cancel your membership and if yo... read more

Management are not enforcing the mask rule, 7/10/2020 in the evening I approached Justin L. the duty "manager" about asking people not wearing masks to do so, he was just rude to me. They took money in April although closed in March, as mentioned below. This place is not safe, and the staff are lacking direction and management, they just play with their smartphones all night. The staff no longer care.

Very disappointed going back to 24 hour fitness after they have been closed for 3 months. I have to make a reservation to go and when I get there most people are NOT wearing face coverings. If it is required at grocery stores, banks and so forth how come not at a place like 24 hour fitness. Out of respect for others they should be leading by example and asking/requiring guests to wear face coverings at the very least until this pandemic is somehow resolved. I have been a loyal member since 2001 and never been late or missed ... read more

Since I'm still being charged for a membership, I tried to go back to the gym and employees are NOT reinforcing the mask rules. This leaves me making requests from fellow gym-goers on my own, and people are not cool about it. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE.

These guys are taking advantage of their automatic payment systems to charge membership fees well after they shut their doors due to the Coronavirus. They closed all locations on 3/16 in my area and I was still charged for services for the month of April, on 4/8. They continued taking payments up to 30 days after they closed business, as well as cut their phone lines to the general public. They claim that the service for the month that they charged will be added to the end of your membership. This is so not right..... How ca... read more

The same as everyone else. Company charging fees while being unable to provide service. Promising "extra" days is nonsense. What good are "extra days" when you made the decision to cancel their membership.

24 Hr continues to bill after closing, now I am up to $1,200 for training not received. I have contacted them several times on their web site per their suggestion as they do not answer the phones. They send you a meaningless email that you can't even reply to. This is fraudulent and I will never go back to a place that treats their clientele this way. It looks as if others are going through the same thing. They should not cut off their nose to spite their face!!! It is time for consumer revolt to this company.
