I dont ever leave reviews but I will for Pack Rat. We initially had another moving company hired and it turned into a disaster. I called Pack Rat and they were extremely helpful and straight forward. Everything went exactly as they promised. We could not be happier!

We received our storage container but still expect compensation. We had been waiting over a month for our container from 1-800-Pack-Rat. It contained our bed, wedding photos, wedding dress, furniture, clotheseverything we needed to liveand we had no idea when we would get it. Had people waiting all day for arrival of container that was due at 6:00 p.m. No show. **************** representatives were professional and kind. Don't waste your time and money on this company that can't deliver what they advertise.

I dont often write reviews, but my experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.I chose 1-800-PACK-RAT because they offered insurance coverage for damages that might occur during transport and storage. I paid extra for this coverage, believing it would offer peace of mind. Fine print scam policies will force you to pay a full month even if you only have the pod for a few days. When you call to ask about refund/prorated charges they will tell you they offer no refunds no matter what. If you push further the supervisor will talk over you and yell at you until youre hung up on. Im sure they will rent it out again as soon as they have it back so theyre getting multiple people to pay for the same pod. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Find any other company to work with.
At first, our experience was great. We had a pod delivered, filled it and had it put in storage until we make the move to our new house. We decided to get a second one. This time, the experience was horrible. Once again, we specifically stated we needed the pod as far over in our driveway to our neighbors house and near the doors near the grass by the fence. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO USE!!!!!! This is a s*** company, pick up date was canceled without notice, customer service is the worst you be on the phone for ever and get nowhere, I hope this will help you make a decision on who to use!
