**** ****** of Zippy Shell was the person I spoke to. Later I found out that Zippy Shell is a subsidiary of 800-Pack-Rat. We were promised 7 days to load the 16 ft container. We got two and a half days. Luckily we had some volunteer help to load the container. We were promised the container would be delivered 11 NOV because we had help to unload. My experience with Pack Rats was great! It was easy to schedule. The guys that dropped off the containers were friendly and professional. All my things made it in great condition to our new place. And it was easy to have it picked up when we were done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Pack Rat made our move so much easier! Their incredible flexibility and friendly staff helped us to make the best plans for our familys cross country move. Moving across the country is scary, but the pack-rat team works hard to ensure that it is a smooth process. We used pack-rat to move from ****** to ***********. Our container was always delivered on time, and the drivers we worked with were lovely. We ended up needing storage between locations and pack-rat stored our pod on-site. We found comfort in knowing that our belongings were stored inside, in a temperature-controlled facility.

Worst customer service imaginable, charged me more than the quote. Was late picking up the pod and told I was a liar and I lost money because they were late. Rude once they got there and refused to credit my account, the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with

We did not expect to need storage on our move, but it was great to be able to have it accessible on the back of our drive. From the first call to delivery to pickup they made the process simple and affordable. We were most impressed with the driver ( same guy for delivery and pick up, I forgot his name which bothers me since he was above and beyond!). He maneuvered the truck around our protected oaks and was a great representation of the company If we ever are in need of storage they will be our first and only call.

We had an inter-state move with some months of storage. It all went according to plan. Everybody on the phone and the drivers were very friendly and very efficient . It was easy to to organize , easy to pay and easy to execute. They would communicate in advance and they would come on the time planned. We didn't have any problems at all. I am very pleased with the whole move.
