My pod was delivered and picked up on time and both Lemar and ***** were complete gentlemen. I highly recommend PakRats!
This was the first time using 1-800-PACK-RAT. I was pleased with the price, the friendliness of staff and service. The size was perfect as I was able to fit all our household items and did not need to rent a moving truck. I highly recommend 1-800-PACK-RAT for Local or Long Distance Moves.

I was going to use Pack Rat but customer service is not there strong point. they jam unwanted products down your throat then when you call about it they transfer you and never pick up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY JERKED AROUND

First of all My experience with Pack-Rat was WONDERFUL!!! I cannot say enough nice things about the group. The team members and drivers were very helpful and kind. Pricing is very reasonable. The delivery and pick up drivers contacted me with arrival time as we were told Arrived on scheduled dates at reasonable times. Had to delay our home delivery one day but was contacted two days in advance. Sending special thanks and hugs to my team ******* ***** ****** and Mexil). I would highly recommend Pack-Rat!

I had an awesome experience with Pack-Rat. From the first phone call with ****, he was the most understanding customer *** out there. He got me the best price, set up the delivery and pick up. Everything went according to plan. I was moving across the country and my container was delivered on time and everything inside was fine. Communication was great with phone calls and emails. I would definitely use them again!
Every aspect of our experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT WAS A+, from the initial inquiry to our final unloading. Communication with their team of professionals was transparent, easy, and gave me confidence that made the move from ********* CA to ******* a lot more stress free. Horrible service, my partner and i were moving from ** to **. We requested an 8 foot pod for a total quote of $3425. Was told wed be charged $320.96 upon delivery to NY and rest when it reaches AZ hub. I was charged $320.96, plus an additional *****, and then just yesterday was charged the full $3425. We were told it was $3425 TOTAL no extra fees or tax. Yet, here i am being charged an extra $346.19 in hidden fee's and all of a sudden the billing office is closed and arent returning my phone calls. I have left a voicemail re... read more
