SCAM and FRAUD I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB - ZERO STARS! They are holding my two containers hostage and they HAVE been paid in FULL. They are REFUSING to deliver them to my new Complex because they say they have no space BUT they do in the loading zone in front of my building!

My experience with 1800PACKRAT in ************ was nothing short of a nightmare. It was a classic bait-and-switch, with empty promises and a complete lack of accountability. I placed an order for a container that was supposed to be delivered on a Monday. I took a day off work and waited at the property all day, only to find out at 4 PM, after an hour of waiting for a callback and then another 30-minute hold (rendering the callback pointless), that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day. Used them for a long distance move. **************** was very friendly and helpful. The drivers were great. The container was a good sturdy metal container. I would use them again.

Packrat is far superior to any other moving option out there! We have made many moves and this was our best experience yet using Packrat. It was so easy to use their website and schedule everything online. The drivers were polite and communicated well, and showed up exactly as scheduled. We also couldnt believe the large size of the packrat for the price, making it so easy to load our whole house into. Really couldnt have asked for better service from start to finish. Thank you!

We were very happy with using Pack-Rat for our move. Scheduling online was easy and the drivers friendly. It was great being able to pack and load on our timeline and not the movers. We dont plan to move again, but if we do, well use them again.

One of the best decisions Ive ever made! The delivery and pickup process were easy. I was able to schedule when best for menot them! The drivers communicated with me the day before and day of and I appreciate that they worked with me as I have a hearing impairment. The cost was reasonable and lower than other similar services. I had positive interactions from everyone I dealt withcustomer service, billing and drivers! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage and/or moving services.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company has the worst customer service system I have ever experienced. It seems like they have one phone line for the entire country and no matter how urgent your issue might be, there are extremely long wait times on the phone - my typical wait time was over an hour and I was put back into the waiting loop over and over again. Even worse, the reps don't have access to the schedule for your pod so they can't even help you when they do finally answer the phone. The company won't give y... read more

Process was seamless. From the first customer service rep to the final pickup, I couldn't have asked for a better process. The rates were fair, direct and inclusive. Any time we had a question, they were helpful and patient. Drop off and pick up were excellent. They can maneuver in some rather awkward spaces. The link for helpers really allowed us to focus on other tasks without stressing ourselves out. We did a long distance move and this was such a great experience.
