They were true to every word. From the very beginning, with my price $$ "out the door." It never varied. All the representatives and drivers were the most courteous, friendly and helpful. I was leery at first, but they put my mind at ease. They understand that moving can be very stressful. PACK-RAT gets a perfect '10' from me. Along with two thumbs up, a bow, a hat tip and a 12-gun salute.

These guys are amazing. Just completed my move from ** to **, 4 containers in all. They were very flexible in my changing dates, and adding containers. Highly recommend. They were the best price around too.

Excellent planning, coordination, and communication. I recommend anyone who plans to move, to choose Pack-Rat. The price was also affordable. The great plus was to have the help from the persons to arrive and pack the container. My person was a great packer. Container was delivered as promised to be uploaded and picked up as well. The delivered of the container was also well done, including the help to download my belongings. All the steps were executed on time. I am very pleased. Best wishes!

Used Pack-Rat for a move from ******** to **********. Everything went as planned. Great customer service. If I called with a question and there was a queue, I would receive a callback ( I love that service.) Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Had the container dropped off at a storage facility once we chose one in **. Unloaded it and it was picked up promptly the next day. We would definitely use this service again.
