Every aspect of our experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT WAS A+, from the initial inquiry to our final unloading. Communication with their team of professionals was transparent, easy, and gave me confidence that made the move from ********* CA to ******* a lot more stress free. Do keep in mind that their offices operate on East Coast hours. Thank you Pack-Rat!

Horrible service, my partner and i were moving from ** to **. We requested an 8 foot pod for a total quote of $3425. Was told wed be charged $320.96 upon delivery to NY and rest when it reaches AZ hub. I was charged $320.96, plus an additional *****, and then just yesterday was charged the full $3425. We were told it was $3425 TOTAL no extra fees or tax. Yet, here i am being charged an extra $346.19 in hidden fee's and all of a sudden the billing office is closed and arent returning my phone calls. I have left a voicemail re... read more

I had an excellent experience. Every person I encountered was caring and professional and my containers were dropped off, picked up and delivered on time. There was no damage to any of my possessions. Im a happy customer!

Buyer beware! You may receive impossible promises from the ***** sales team, move coordinators and retention ************** the end of the day, everything worked out for us only due to the EXCELLENT boots on the ground service folks at the *****, ** and **********, ** facilities. Im not saying to not use Pack-Rat - just double check the information you receive.Oh, and dont believe them when they tell you they will call you back - especially after they have your money - and you can bet theyre on time when its time to charge y... read more

We moved from ****** to *************; our container was overweight but they were able to pick it up and hold it for us in ************* without incident nor additional cost. But the best part, and the scariest, was when we called to schedule the delivery to the house we had purchased in *************, about two hours further away from the original estimated zip code. Pack Rat was the easiest part of my move from ******** to **********. The pack Rat people were so easy to work with even when I had to make changes. The drivers were great on both the drop off and pick up. I tipped the drop off driver because he was so good at placing the containers on my very steep driveway and making the containers level with blocks even in the rain. love these guys!

I highly recommend 1800packrat for moves. I did a long distance move and it was smooth and efficient. I also saved a ton of money compared to hiring movers and a box truck.

WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING AGAIN. **************** is terrible with wait times up to two hours. Took almost three days to finally pick up after originally scheduled. Only good part was the incredible woman driver who did my move. Good enough that I even gave her a tip. *** *****

Terrible company! A container was delivered to my home after hurricane ******. I insured the container to cover the box and my contents. I was storing my furniture so that we could replace drywall etc after water intrusion. After loaded, hurricane ****** was threatening, so I called to have the container picked up and moved to their storage lot. I was told the lot was full. The next day, I called again and explained that I was concerned not only with my furniture but the container floating. The girl said we have no room and ... read more
