Excellent planning, coordination, and communication. I recommend anyone who plans to move, to choose Pack-Rat. The price was also affordable. The great plus was to have the help from the persons to arrive and pack the container. My person was a great packer. Container was delivered as promised to be uploaded and picked up as well. The delivered of the container was also well done, including the help to download my belongings. All the steps were executed on time. I am very pleased. Best wishes!

Used Pack-Rat for a move from ******** to **********. Everything went as planned. Great customer service. If I called with a question and there was a queue, I would receive a callback ( I love that service.) Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Had the container dropped off at a storage facility once we chose one in **. Unloaded it and it was picked up promptly the next day. We would definitely use this service again.

We have used 1-800-pack-rat three times now, moving cross country. Each and every time has been a 5 star experience! We have had NO issues with customer service, delivery or delays.
