At first, our experience was great. We had a pod delivered, filled it and had it put in storage until we make the move to our new house. We decided to get a second one. This time, the experience was horrible. Once again, we specifically stated we needed the pod as far over in our driveway to our neighbors house and near the doors near the grass by the fence. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO USE!!!!!! This is a s*** company, pick up date was canceled without notice, customer service is the worst you be on the phone for ever and get nowhere, I hope this will help you make a decision on who to use!

No show. Completed all that they requested, lined up help, planned the day. Waited and waited,no show no call. Cant get an answer by phone.Just horrible service. This company changed my pricing 5 times, made promises on 2 separate occasions to deliver my containers on separate dates to accommodate but refused to honor those promises. Multiple customer service **** said that ********************** page would be updated to reflect my delivery date, only it never was. Dont book with them. I have tried to get a quote and they said to book while you can cancel later. When you call to cancel they pick up and say we need to transfer after that you hold for 1 hour. Awful. The container was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 5pm. It showed up at 6.10pm. The man who delivered it was clearly in a bad mood and didn't want to be bothered, so, with a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth, he said the container would not fit in my driveway. It would have fit, anyone could see that, he just wanted to get home. DISGRACEFUL customer service.

Service was good, sometimes a little hard to schedule but was using phone not website. That probably would have cut down on waiting. All the drivers were excellent, professional, polite and courteous. Container was a little beat up but served the purpose.
